iLife A30 Pro

Tap a star to rate

iLife has spent years as the value option in this category, and the A30 Pro is its case for being taken seriously: a real LiDAR mapping system instead of the bump-and-turn navigation older iLife models relied on, plus a self-empty dock that holds about two months of debris, a combination that was flagship-only pricing a few years ago. Suction at 5,000Pa is modest next to premium robots but adequate for daily upkeep.

It handles hard floors to medium-pile carpet reasonably well, though it isn't built for thick rugs or heavy pet shedding the way pricier pet-focused models are. Running costs are limited to dock bags and the occasional filter or brush swap. It's a sensible pick for someone who wants the convenience of a self-emptying robot, not just a vacuum-only budget bot, but isn't ready to pay mid-range prices to get it.
