Tapo RV30

TP-Link built its smart-home reputation on plugs and cameras before adding robot vacuums under the Tapo brand, and the RV30 is where that lineup starts: a straightforward vacuum-only robot with dual LiDAR-and-gyro navigation that maps a home quickly and keeps working in the dark, which some budget robots relying on cameras alone struggle with. At 55 decibels, it's noticeably quieter than the entry-level competition.

Five hours of runtime per charge covers a larger home in one go, and the robot returns to its dock and resumes from where it stopped if the battery runs low mid-clean. There's no auto-empty station and no mop, so this is a vacuum in the traditional sense, not a hands-off system. It suits someone building a Tapo smart-home setup who wants a basic, quiet robot vacuum without paying for features they won't use.
