The RV30 Max Plus and RV50 Pro both use LiDAR for precise room mapping, creating predictable cleaning paths that minimize back-and-forth passes on hardwood. Their adaptive mop-moisture system reads floor type and adjusts water release automatically, addressing the common fear of leaving hardwood too wet.

These models work well for users already invested in TP-Link smart home gear, offering app controls and voice integration that feel native to that ecosystem. The RV50 Pro's stronger motor (4000Pa) and dual-tank system give more aggressive cleaning if needed, while the RV30 Max Plus keeps costs lower for smaller homes. Both handle hardwood without aggressive agitation, making them safe choices even for older or delicate finishes.
