Eufy's C-series is built as a clear ladder, and the Omni C20 is the middle rung: it takes the C10's slim, LiDAR-guided body and adds dual MopMaster pads plus the wash-and-dry Omni station that the vacuum-only C10 skips entirely. The stronger motor also gives it more headroom on medium-pile carpet than the base model manages.
It isn't as aggressive as the roller-mop C28 above it, which is built specifically for wet messes, so the C20 suits everyday mopping rather than heavy spill cleanup. Running costs are cleaning solution, dock filters, and mop pad wear over time, in line with other mid-range wash-and-dry docks. It's a solid choice for a household that wants mopping and self-cleaning without jumping to Eufy's priciest roller-mop model.
