Samsung, the electronics group whose Swiss site names Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., sells robot vacuums under the Jet Bot name, and it treats them as one appliance among many. On its Irish, Singaporean and Swiss sites, Jet Bot Robot Vacuums sit in the Appliances menu between laundry and air conditioners, next to Jet Stick cordless vacuums, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, hoods, microwaves and dishwashers, and the US vacuum page files Jet Bot Robot beside Jet Stick. That placement says a lot about the brand in this category. Samsung is not a robot specialist with a ladder of machines. It is a home appliance maker that sells a flagship robot as part of a connected home, with its own financing, repair and care plans around it.
The Bespoke AI Jetbot Combo
The robot at the center of Samsung's US range is the Bespoke AI Jetbot Combo, model VR7MD96514G/AA, sold in a color Samsung calls Satin Greige. Its full product title reads "Bespoke AI Jetbot Combo AI Steam | Powerful Spinning Mop Pads | Clean Station 3.0", and the page lists four highlights: "Powerful Cleaning", "Clean Station with Auto Steam", "Powerful Spinning Mop Pods" and "LiDAR Sensor". The page description calls the dock the "All-in-One Clean Station" and invites buyers to "explore the All-in-One Clean Station & Auto Steam features". Samsung's US store listed it at $1,399.99.
Taken together, those highlights describe a vacuum-and-mop robot with a LiDAR sensor for navigation, rotating mop pads rather than a dragged cloth, and a dock, version 3.0 of Samsung's Clean Station, that uses steam as part of its cleaning. The "Bespoke AI" label ties it to Samsung's wider appliance branding: the same Bespoke AI name runs across its refrigerators and laundry, and the Singapore store also lists a "Bespoke Jet™ AI" in its vacuum menu.
Owners on Samsung's product page fill in how the dock behaves in daily use. The page showed 64 reviews. One owner wrote that "After cleaning, the bot heads back to the station, empties its dustbin, recharges, and even washes its mop pads", and added the one complaint that "it may smell if you don't empty the dirty water bin time to time". Another owner put the mopping in proportion: "Mopping is not intended to be deep cleaning. As long as the floors are relatively clean the Combo robot does a great job maintaining the space." The same reviewer found scheduling "fully programmable and very user friendly" and rated the "dog hair/ dirt pick up" highly for an automatic vacuum. The first owner, after using it "pretty much every day", said the build quality feels solid and "the parts are easy to replace if needed". Those are owners' views, not Samsung's specifications, but they match what the product title promises: a dock that empties the bin and washes the mop pads, so the owner mostly empties dirty water.
Where the robot sits in Samsung's vacuum range
The US "All Vacuums" page lists the Jetbot Combo beside Samsung's cordless sticks, and those sticks show what the rest of the vacuum business looks like. The Jet Stick 60 Pet lists a 40 min run time and 5-Layer Filtration. The Jet Stick 75 Pet lists a 60 min run time and 200W suction. The Jet Stick 85S lists 250W suction and a Jet Dual+ brush with anti-tangle. The Bespoke AI Jet Stick Lite comes with an All-in-One Station and AI Cleaning Mode 2.0, rated at 280AW suction. The robot is the hands-off option in a range where most of the choice is between sticks. Buyers who want a stick for spot cleaning and a robot for daily maintenance can buy both from the same brand and the same store.
Buying, financing and support
Samsung's own stores wrap the robot in the services of a large electronics retailer. On the US product page the Jetbot Combo can be bought as a one-time payment, on monthly payments or in four installments. The US site explains that pay-over-time plans through Affirm run at 0-36% APR, that the Affirm Pay in 4 option is 0% APR, and that eligibility checks apply. Its own worked example: at a purchase price of $800, a down payment of $160 followed by 12 monthly payments of $57.77 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks. The product page also lists "0% Financing", "Convenient Shipping" and "Flexible payments" as savings offers, and asks buyers to read the return and restocking policy before purchase.
Support is organized the same way in every market. The US site links warranty information, a service center finder, repair requests, repair tracking, order help and returns, plus Samsung Care+ and a Certified Re-Newed store. Ireland lists chat and phone contact, warranty information, a service center finder, Book & Repair, Track Repair and repair cost. Singapore adds WhatsApp chat, a repair cost page, a Repair Savings Pack, service center waiting times and Samsung Care+ Premium for Appliances. For a robot that owners expect to keep for years, a published repair route in each country is a real advantage.
SmartThings and the connected home
Samsung's appliance pages push SmartThings, its home app. The US vacuum page says "Download the SmartThings app to manage all your smart devices in one place, from anywhere", and the Singapore and Irish pages pair Bespoke AI with SmartThings under the heading "Smart Forward". The robot's product page does not spell out its app, but one owner review there calls the "Easy to use app" a plus, "even better if you use Samsung phones".
Limits of the listing
Samsung's robot pages sell the Jetbot Combo on features, not figures. The product page shows highlights and a price, and no suction, battery or tank numbers. The Irish and Singapore robot pages list Jet Bot as a category, but their product grids did not show individual models. Anyone comparing the Combo with a specialist's flagship on spec sheets will have to go to Samsung's manuals and support pages.
Who it suits
The Bespoke AI Jetbot Combo suits a US household that already lives in Samsung's world, with SmartThings on the phone and Samsung appliances in the kitchen, and wants one premium robot that vacuums, mops with spinning pads and hands most of the cleanup to a steam Clean Station. Samsung's financing options and published repair routes make a $1,399.99 purchase easier to plan.
It suits buyers less well if they want a choice of robots at different prices, or want to compare suction and runtime numbers before buying. Samsung's pages show one flagship, sold on features, inside a much larger appliance catalog.
