TCL is best known for televisions, and its robot vacuums carry their own name: Sweeva. TCL Pakistan's About page describes the parent as "Headquartered in China, TCL Electronics Holdings Limited (HKSE: 01070)", founded in 1981, with over 82,000 people, 22 manufacturing facilities, 28 R&D facilities and "a global presence in more than 160 countries". The robots sit in TCL's Home Appliances menu next to refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and air purifiers, and TCL sells them on its global site, on its European sites in English and Swedish, and through TCL Pakistan's own shop. What TCL offers here is a clear, numbered range: slim random-navigation robots at the bottom, laser-navigated robots with UV-C at the top, and a separate family of vacuum and mop models marked with an M.
The vacuum-only Sweeva range
TCL's global Sweeva page and its European robot pages list four vacuum robots, and each step up changes something concrete.
Sweeva 1000. The entry robot. The European page lists "1500Pa suction power", a washable HEPA filter, an ultra-compact body "with only 7cm thickness" and a "big 600ml leak-proof dust box". It uses random navigation with Auto, Edge and Spot modes plus manual driving, crosses steps and rugs "up to 20mm height", and has cliff and anti-collision sensors. TCL says it "could keep working for 120min, ideal for areas up to 120 m²", tested on hard floor in standard mode by TCL's IOT Lab, and returns to its base when the battery drops below 15%. The remote control handles scheduling.
Sweeva 2000. The same slim format with connectivity. The global page headlines "2000Pa suction power and connection with Alexa and Google Assistant", and the European card adds Wi-Fi and a "No Go Zone". The Irish listing, as the SW2000BK, gives it an "Up to 120-minute runtime" and the same large 600ml dustbin, with Wi-Fi.
Sweeva 6000. The step to laser mapping. The European page says it is "Equiped with advanced LDS laser navigation system" and lists 2700Pa suction power, UV-C sterilization, "Multi Maps in-memory", a HEPA filter and Wi-Fi, with control through the TCL Home App. The Irish version adds that it can "Create and store up to 5 different maps", which TCL pitches at homes with multiple floors.
Sweeva 6500. The 6000 with a dock that empties itself. TCL's global page calls it "Hands-free cleaning with 4L auto-emptying dustbin", and the European page says "The self-empty dustbin free you from empty the dust box each time after use". It keeps the LDS navigation, 2700Pa, UV-C and multi-map memory.
The ladder is easy to read. The 1000 to 2000 step buys Wi-Fi, voice assistants and no-go zones. The 2000 to 6000 step buys laser navigation, stronger suction, UV-C and saved maps for several floors. The 6500 adds the 4L auto-emptying station.
The vacuum and mop Sweeva M models
On its global site TCL also lists a family of 2-in-1 robots. The Sweeva 1000M is an "Ultra-slim 2.79 inch design" with "Max 1800Pa suction power". The Sweeva 2000M keeps the 2.79 inch design and adds voice control with Alexa and Google Assistant. The Sweeva 3500M adds a "4L auto-emptying dustbin" to the vacuum and mop format with 2700PA cleaning.
The Sweeva 3000M is the model TCL documents most fully. Its page describes "TCL’s latest vacuum and mop 2-in-1 technology" with a 400ml dust box and a 300ml water tank that "mops non-stop for 150min". Suction reaches 2700PA with four levels, Quiet ("lower to 65dB"), Standard, Turbo and Max. It stands 80mm high, climbs rugs up to 20mm, follows a "Row-by-row systematic cleaning path", has UVC sterilization, and works with Alexa, Google Assistant and the TCL Home App. TCL rates its 5000mAh battery at "up to 3 hours cleaning, covering an area of up to 1600sqft", and pitches it at kitchen and bathroom floors.
App, filters and the TCL Home ecosystem
Across the connected models the app is the TCL Home App, and voice control runs through Alexa and Google Assistant. The HEPA filter is washable on the 1000 and 2000 and carries TCL's claim that it can "filter pet dander, PM2.5, pollen and harmful microbes with a size of above 0.3 microns". On the 6000 and 6500 TCL adds that "The HEPA filter and UV-C sterization protect your family away from allergens and harmful bacterias". Those are TCL's claims about its own filters, and TCL lists UV-C on the 6000, 6500 and 3000M.
Pakistan, warranty and support
TCL Pakistan sells the Sweeva 2000 from its own shop, which promises free nationwide shipping and "TCL Brand Warranty". Its product text repeats the global pitch, a "2.76-inch ultra-slim design with up to 2000Pa suction power", a "0.78inch climbing threshold" and a battery that "ensures more than 150 mins of auto cleaning". The specification table on the same page reads differently, though: suction 1,500Pa, battery life 150 min, a 600ml dustbin, 70mm height, a 20mm climbing threshold, random navigation, app and voice control, cliff and proximity sensors, a HEPA filter and an infrared virtual wall. Buyers should read both and treat the table's figure as the conservative one.
The warranty on that page is stated plainly: parts are covered for 1 Year, except electric spark and burnt damage. TCL Pakistan lists a toll-free line, an email address and WhatsApp chat, and has an office in DHA Phase 3, Lahore. The European site links warranty information, user manuals, FAQs and product registration from the robot pages.
Where TCL fits
TCL does not list prices on its global or European robot pages, and the Irish cards send buyers to "Where to buy". The strength of the range is how much TCL does publish: suction, dustbin, runtime, climbing height, map memory, and even a decibel figure for the quiet mode of the 3000M. The European pages list the four vacuum models, while the M family appears on the global site.
Who it suits
A Sweeva 1000 or 2000 suits a small flat with hard floors and low furniture, where a 7cm body and a 600ml bin matter more than mapping, and the 2000's Alexa and Google Assistant support suits anyone who already runs a smart speaker. The 6000 suits a house with several floors, since it stores up to 5 maps. The 6500 and 3500M suit owners who want to stop emptying the bin, and the 3000M suits kitchens and bathrooms that need a daily mop pass.
The range suits buyers less well if they want a big mopping dock with pad washing, which TCL does not show, or if they want to buy directly from TCL in Europe rather than through a retailer.
