Who ILIFE is

ILIFE describes itself as "a world-leading manufacturer and innovator specializing in robot vacuums, floor washing machines, handheld vacuums, and other superior household cleaning devices." Its About page says the company was founded in 2010 and has grown to more than 1,000 employees and 300 engineers, with sales in over 40 countries and regions and products in more than 3,000,000 families. It cites a manufacturing center in a science park of over 150,000 square meters and patents for over 100 core technologies. The name, it explains, joins the capital letter "I" and the word "LIFE."

The company's milestone timeline starts with its first intelligent robot vacuum project in Shenzhen, China, and a second R&D center in Hong Kong. It credits itself with bringing infrared eye detection, lithium-ion batteries and BLDC fan motors into robot cleaning, developing an integrated vacuum and mop robot, launching a first floor-washing robot category, and founding a sister line, EASINE, for handheld and stick vacuums. Its honors list includes an Amazon Global Selling Best Brand Award in 2016, an IFA Product Technical Innovation Award in 2017 and a Red Dot product design award in 2020.

The range, series by series

ILIFE's global site sorts its robots into named tiers, which makes the range easy to read.

V Series, "Classic Series (Entry-Level)." The V30, V20, V10, V9 Pro, V5s Ultra, V3x and V2. The V2 page shows what entry level means here: an "Ultra-Slim Robot Vacuum" only 76mm thick, 1500 Pa of suction, a runtime of at least 120mins, a 300ML dustbin, a noise level of 60dB and a weight of 2.15kg. It runs Auto, Edge, Spot and Max modes, is controlled with one touch or by remote, returns to charge on its own and uses anti-drop and anti-collision sensors. The US store sells the V3x as its "Robot vacuum for pet hair."

A Series, "Advanced Series (Mid-Tier)." The A30 Pro, A20, A12 Pro and A10s. The Indian store lists the A30 Pro with "Upgraded 13,000 Pa Suction" and a LiDAR A30 beside it, and the US store sells the A11 as its "Robot vacuum for carpet cleaning."

T Series, "Flagship Series (High-End)." The T60s, T20s Ultra and T20s, where the self-emptying station arrives.

X Series, "Large Space AI Robot Vacuum." The X1000, which ILIFE's timeline calls "the world's first 20,000Pa AI robot vacuum for large commercial and home spaces," and which has its own X1000 App. The Indian store calls it "India's First Commercial Robot Vacuum Cleaner."

Beyond robot vacuums, ILIFE sells Shinebot floor-washing robots (the W455 and W450 on the global site, the W450, W400s and W400 on the US store), W Series wet and dry vacuums, cordless sticks and a handheld vacuum, with a steam mop listed as coming soon.

The T20s up close

The T20s page is the most detailed on the global site and shows what the flagship tier buys. The self-empty station uses "20,000Pa cyclone dust collection" to clear the robot's bin in 20 seconds into a 3.5L disposable dust bag, and ILIFE promises "70 Days of Effortless" hands-free cleaning. The robot has 5000Pa suction from a NIDEC brushless motor, with carpet boost that raises suction automatically. Navigation is LDS laser with 360° scanning and a 4000Hz ranging frequency, which ILIFE says maps 2 times faster, with a 0.1-10m detection range and a real-time map in the app.

The T20s vacuums and mops in one pass, with 4 mode options and 3 water level settings, and runs up to 260mins, enough, the page says, for a 260m² home. Compared with the previous generation, ILIFE claims suction is up 66.67% and battery runtime up 73.33%. The spec box lists a 335×335×95 mm robot, a 323×153×321 mm station, a 200 ml water tank, a 300ml dust tank, an 18mm climbing threshold and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. In the app, owners get multi-floor mapping, no-go zones, per-room water and suction settings and scheduling, and the robot answers to Alexa.

Prices, parts and stores

ILIFE's "Where to Buy" list names stores in the USA, Poland, Spain, Malaysia, Russia and Japan. The US official store, iliferobot.store, accepts several currencies and sells accessories by type (batteries, brushes and rollers, dust boxes and bags, filters, remotes and cleaning solution) along with refurbished machines.

The Indian store names Shariden Private Limited in Bengaluru as its company, so it is run by a local partner rather than ILIFE itself. At the time it listed the V20 at Rs 14,900.00, the A30 Pro at Rs 21,900.00, the T20s at Rs 22,900.00, the T20s Ultra with "Upgraded 25,000 Pa Suction" at Rs 28,900.00, the T60s at Rs 64,900.00 and the X1000 at Rs 212,000.00, each set against a much higher regular price. It also sells spares by name (dust bags, HEPA filters, mopping cloths, roller and side brushes), offers a "1 + 1 Year Warranty," a free product demo at home and a paid extended warranty, and publishes a store locator.

Support and warranty service

ILIFE runs its own support system. Buyers can check a robot with Product Verification, then apply for Online Warranty Repair; the FAQ says staff reply within 1-2 business days and engineers finish most repairs within 5 business days of receiving the robot. Out-of-warranty repairs get a quote first and are paid through the Maintenance Progress Center. The online repair service is limited to verified buyers in the USA and Canada, and the site also offers an "Extend 6-Month Warranty" option. For contact, ILIFE lists a toll-free line for North America on weekdays, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. CST, phone lines in Russia and China, and separate service e-mail addresses for North America, Europe, Russia, Japan, Asia, Mexico and Australia.

Who ILIFE suits

ILIFE suits a buyer who wants a clear ladder of choices and a brand that covers the whole house. A V2 suits a first robot and low furniture, the LiDAR A30 or the 13,000 Pa A30 Pro suits a family that wants more at a mid price, and the T20s suits anyone who wants a self-emptying station, long runtime and app zones. The X1000 is built for large homes and commercial spaces. Pet owners get a dedicated V3x, carpet-heavy homes an A11. The strongest support options are in North America, where the online repair service runs, and in India, where the local store adds a demo and a 1 + 1 year warranty.
