What MOVA is

MOVA is a smart home appliance brand whose global site carries the tagline "Innovative Smart Living Solutions for a Better Life." Its footers name the companies behind the stores: SPACEWALKER TECHNOLOGY HONG KONG CO., LIMITED in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, on the global and Canadian sites, and Spacewalker Technology USA Inc. in Dover on the US site. Robot vacuums sit at the center of the catalog, alongside robotic lawn mowers, pool robots, window cleaning robots, wet and dry floor washers, cordless stick vacuums and hair dryers.

The brand sells through regional stores for the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and a long list of European countries, plus Türkiye and Ukraine. It is an active launcher: the global site's news section covers a CES 2026 showcase of 19 product lines and an IFA 2026 event with 22 global product debuts.

The range

MOVA's own FAQ explains the structure better than any product grid. The E, P and V series use dual rotary mops: the E series "is designed for everyday cleaning", the P series adds "enhanced cleaning performance and smart features", and the V series "delivers MOVA's most advanced cleaning power and automation within the dual-rotary lineup." The S and Z series use a roller mop that is continuously refreshed while the robot cleans; the S series is the way into roller-mop cleaning and the Z series holds the brand's most advanced roller-mop models.

The global store's robot vacuum collection shows how far that ladder runs. At the bottom sit the M1, a vacuum and mop 2-in-1 at $189.00, the E20 with 5,000Pa Vormax suction at $299.00 and the S10 with a VibroTurbo mopping system at $369.00. The E30 Ultra steps up to 7,000Pa at $499.00, and the P50 Pro Ultra was listed at $999.00. Above that the suction figures climb quickly: 28,000Pa for the S70 Roller, 32,000Pa for the S70 Ultra Roller, 36,000Pa for the Z70 Ultra Roller Complete and 40,000Pa for the V70 Ultra Complete X, which MOVA calls an "Industry-First Robot Vacuum with MaxiReachX Tech."

The Canadian store fills in the middle with prices in Canadian dollars. The P10 Pro Ultra, with 13,000Pa suction and an all-in-one docking station, was $699.00. The P10 Pro Ultra Gen2 raised that to 26,000Pa and added 212°F PTC hot mop washing for $899.00. The V50 Ultra Complete, with FlexiRise navigation and 24,000Pa, was $1,499.00, and the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete was $1,799.00. The E30 Pro Plus brought an auto empty base station and 19000Pa to $399.00.

What the steps buy is mostly the dock and the mop system. The M1 and E20 keep the price low, and the E30 Pro Plus adds an auto empty base. The P series brings all-in-one docking stations and, on the Gen2, hot mop washing. The V and Z flagships add the highest suction, and the Z line swaps rotary pads for a roller mop that is refreshed as it cleans. The MOBIUS 60 sits apart as "MOVA's First Robot Vacuum with MopSwap System", listed with StepMaster 2.0 and a Dynamic Suction Retention System. The global collection also describes the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete as "MOVA's Live-Wash Robot Vacuum Cleaner", and presents the P70 Pro Ultra and S70 Ultra Roller as robots whose docks both auto-empty and wash the mop.

What the product pages show

The brand's robot vacuum FAQ says most MOVA robots support mapping with room recognition, zone cleaning, no-go zones and schedules, and that selected models detect carpet and increase suction. It lists hardwood, tile, marble, laminate and low- to medium-pile carpet as supported floors. Robots run basic cleaning without WiFi, and the MOVAhome app adds map management, scheduling and remote control.

The Canadian FAQ adds dock detail. With a self empty station, it says, owners can expect "up to 60 days of hands free cleaning", with debris pulled into a sealed bag. Select models wash mops at 100°C (212°F) and dry them with heated air, and robots lift or detach mop pads when they move onto carpet. It also mentions LiDAR navigation with multiple saved maps for multi-story homes, and over the air updates through the app.

Accessories are sold by model: the Canadian store lists 3.2L dust bags, mop packs and dust box filters, and the Singapore store sells E30/E40 and Z50 Ultra accessory kits, a Z50 Ultra detergent and a water hookup kit installation for the Z50 Ultra at $249.00.

Warranty, support and stores

Warranty terms vary by region, and each store states its own. The US home page promises "Up To 3 Years Warranty" and delivery in 2-7 business days. The Australian store describes a 3-year warranty with free repair or parts replacement for manufacturing faults, 30-day free returns in new and resaleable condition, and a service center that aims to complete inspection and repair "within one business day". The Canadian store lists a 3 Year Warranty, 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns and 365-Day Customer Support. The Singapore store, run by Dasher Singapore, advertises a 2-year official warranty under the Mova Care name.

Support in the US and Canada runs by phone and by e-mail at support@mova-tech.com, Monday to Sunday, and the Australian store adds live chat. MOVA also sells through retailers: the Australian site lists The Good Guys, JB HI-FI, Harvey Norman and Amazon, and the Singapore store sells on Shopee and Lazada. Certified refurbished units and a MOVA membership points program appear in the Canadian menu.

Who MOVA suits

MOVA suits a buyer who wants to pick the mop system first. Someone who prefers rotary mop pads and a simple, cheap start can buy an E20 or E30 Ultra; a household that wants hot mop washing and an all-in-one dock can step to the P10 Pro Ultra Gen2; and a buyer who wants the strongest suction or a continuously washed roller mop can go to the V70 or Z70.

Pet homes are a stated focus. The US site opens with "Find your Match for Pet Hair Cleaning", and the Canadian FAQ points pet owners to anti-tangle brush systems and suction up to 28,000Pa on flagship models.

The range is wide, and model names like Ultra, Pro Ultra, Roller and Complete take some decoding. MOVA's quiz ("Help me Choose") and side-by-side compare tool exist for exactly that reason, and a buyer who knows which dock and mop style they want will find the choice quick.
