eufy is Anker's home and security brand, and its sites now carry the line "eufy is now Anker eufy, under the unified Anker brand." It sits in the Anker Innovations family next to Anker Charging, Anker SOLIX and soundcore, and uses the tagline "Built with Care." Robot vacuums live in the brand's Clean category alongside robot lawn mowers, smart scales and accessories, while the rest of the catalog covers outdoor and indoor cameras, NVR systems, video doorbells, smart locks, alarm systems and smart lights, plus a Mom and Baby line of breast pumps, baby monitors and bottle washers. The Taiwan store adds a claim of 900萬 (9 million) households served worldwide. The current robot range is built around the Omni name and a self-cleaning roller mop the brand calls HydroJet.
The range, from C to S
eufy sorts its robot vacuums into three series with their own slogans. The C Series is "Prudent Guardians, Home Excellence," the E Series "Self-Care Experts, Mindful Living," and the S Series "Visionary Elites, Exceptional Lives." The European store lists 34 robot vacuums and filters them by navigation (iPath Laser, Smart Dynamic and Bounce), station type (Auto-Empty, Auto-Washing and Omni) and suction bands running from under 5,000 Pa to over 20,000 Pa.
At the entry end, the European store lists the eufy Auto-Empty C10 at 199,00€ (down from 399,00€) and the Omni C20 at 329,00€ (from 599,00€). The Omni C20 uses the MopMaster system, which the brand says applies "high-speed rotation and downward pressure to remove tough stains."
The Omni C28 is the newest C model and the cheapest one with HydroJet. The Taiwan store tags it 【2026 新品上市】 (new release for 2026) and describes a HydroJet 恆淨活水洗地 (constant clean-water mopping) system with 15,000 Pa of suction. It sells for $499.99 on the US home page, 439,00€ in Europe (from 599,00€) and NT$12,888 in Taiwan. The US listing adds a DuoSpiral Detangle Brush meant to stop hair and fur wrapping.
The E Series is the middle of the range. The Omni E25 carries 20,000 Pa, HydroJet and DuoSpiral, and the US store describes a "Dual Water Reservoir and a dual-scraper structure" that cleans the roller mop in real time during a run. It lists at $599.98 in the US, 549,00€ in Europe (from 899,00€) and NT$14,888 in Taiwan. The Omni E28 adds what the Taiwan store calls 可拆卸便攜式深層清潔器 (a detachable portable deep cleaner), alongside 20,000Pa suction and real-time self-cleaning mopping, at 599,00€ (from 999,00€) or NT$16,888. The newest E model is the Omni E35, promoted on the US site as "Baby-Grade Cleaning," with a banner reading "Save up to $681 on the Anker eufy Robot Vacuum Omni E35!"
The top of the range is the Omni S2, which the US site describes with "30,000 Pa AeroTurbo 2.0 Long-Lasting Suction" and "365-day filter cleanliness." It lists at $1,399.99 in the US, 1.149,00€ in Europe (from 1.499,00€) and NT$29,990 in Taiwan. The US home page says HydroJet is available on the Omni S2, E35, E28, E25 and C28, so the step from C to S buys more suction and extra features rather than a different mop.
Older flagships still appear in the brand's own material. The X10 Pro Omni is listed with 8,000 Pa, MopMaster 2.0, AI.See smart cleaning, an auto-detangling roller brush, iPath Laser Navigation and an all-in-one station that empties the bin, washes the mops and dries them. The S1 Pro, per the European FAQ, pairs 8,000 Pa with a "10-in-1 cleaning station," 3D MatrixEye obstacle avoidance and TrueCourse Mapping.
Navigation, stations and the eufy Clean app
The brand's laser system is iPath Laser Navigation, backed on some models by camera-based obstacle avoidance. The robot vacuum camera guide on the US blog says the X10 Pro Omni's AI.See system "detects over 100 obstacles," while the S1 Pro's 3D MatrixEye combines an RGB camera with active binocular infrared imaging. The Spanish store lists the technologies eufy leads with: the HydroJet Deep Clean System, Eco-Clean Ozone, DuoSpiral Detangle Brushes, 3D MatrixEye Obstacle Avoidance, 20,000 Pa Turbo Suction and an Edge-Cleaning CornerRover Arm for corners.
On carpet, the brand's FAQ says models with auto-lifting mops "raise the mop by 12mm once a carpet is detected." Higher-end stations handle waste disposal and mop maintenance; the Omni station on the X10 Pro Omni empties the dustbin, washes the mops and dries them.
The cleaning app is eufy Clean, one of three eufy apps listed next to eufy and eufylife. The European page adds that deleting an account from the Personal Center removes all related records and bound data.
Consumables, subscriptions and ways to buy
eufy sells its own parts. The Taiwan store lists Omni S2 parts individually: a dust box filter at NT$390, a 3-pack of station dust bags that also fits the S1 and S1 Pro at NT$390, two pairs of side brushes at NT$490, a roller brush with brush guard at NT$690, a dirty-water tank filter at NT$390 and scent refills at NT$690. Bundles pair robots with dust bags, cleaning solution or accessory kits. In Europe, Accessory Subscriptions promise "Customization and Affordability, Up to 10% Off."
Certified refurbished robots are sold in the US with "90 days risk-free," and in Taiwan as 官方認證整新品 (officially certified refurbished). A Trade-up Program pays credit for old devices, and the US site offers a 20% senior discount, a student discount and the eufyCredits rewards scheme.
Warranty, returns and support
The US and European stores promise a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and a "Hassle-Free Warranty." The Spanish store words its warranty as "Up to 12 Months of Product Warranty Coverage Extended after-sales guarantee," and says undamaged products "may be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason." Taiwan is different: robots bought on the official Taiwan store get 兩年保固免登錄 (a two-year warranty with no registration), and returns fall under a 15天鑑賞期 (15-day inspection period).
US buyers get a dedicated eufy Clean phone line, +1 (800) 994-3056, the support@eufy.com address and 24/7 website live chat. The store selector covers the United States, Canada, the UK, much of the EU, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, the UAE, Vietnam and Taiwan.
The US warranty length for robots is not printed on the home page.
Who it suits
eufy suits a buyer who wants a self-cleaning mop station without paying flagship money. The C28 brings the same HydroJet roller mop as the S2 for $499.99 against $1,399.99 on the US store, and the E25 adds 20,000 Pa and the dual-reservoir design. Homes with long hair or pets get the DuoSpiral brush, and homes with rugs get the 12mm mop lift. It also suits anyone already using eufy cameras or a eufy baby monitor and buying from the same store.
Buyers who want one simple price should know the list prices are often discounted heavily and differ a lot between regions, so the region's own store is worth checking before buying. With parts sold directly, subscriptions for consumables and a wide store network, eufy is an easy brand to own for years.
