A Russian brand built around robot vacuums

Gutrend is a robot vacuum brand with a legal address in Saint Petersburg, selling through its own online store at gutrend.com and naming points of sale in Belarus and Kazakhstan on its where-to-buy list. Its home page opens with three claims: more than 60,000 satisfied customers, robot vacuums as the company's specialization, and "Гарантия 4 года на все модели" (a 4-year warranty on all models). Beneath them it lists what a robot should give an owner: saved effort and time, a home kept clean every day, cleaning in the hardest-to-reach corners of an apartment, and the choice of dry or wet cleaning. The catalog also includes upright stick vacuums and accessories, but the robots are the core of the brand.

Gutrend describes its mission plainly: technology should make life more comfortable, and each robot is meant to make a buyer's home "чище и уютнее" (cleaner and cozier). It closes by inviting buyers to hand their housework to GUTREND robots, which it says have brought smiles to tens of thousands of customers. The page names two things it believes set it apart: "скрупулезность работы над каждой моделью" (meticulous work on every model) and "ответственный подход к сервисному обслуживанию" (a responsible approach to service).

The range, from random to LiDAR

Gutrend's robot line is easy to read because each model's description names its navigation type. Prices below are what the Russian store showed, and several models were marked out of stock at the time.

Fusion 150, 25,490 ₽. The entry model uses "рандомной системой навигации" (random navigation), bumping its way around the room, and it mops as well as vacuums.

Smart 300, 29,990 ₽, and Sense 410, 30,490 ₽. Both use gyroscope-based navigation with a wet-cleaning function. A gyroscope robot tracks its own movement and cleans in more orderly lines than a random one.

Lens 610, 36,990 ₽. The Lens 610 uses camera-based navigation and combines dry and wet cleaning in one pass.

Echo 520, 34,990 ₽. A laser-navigation model with combined dry and wet cleaning.

Vision 730, 19,850 ₽. Also a laser-navigation robot with combined dry and wet cleaning, and the cheapest LiDAR model on the page. It is also sold as "Комплектация 2" (package 2) with an automatic debris-collection station for 26,100 ₽, which is the simplest route into a self-emptying Gutrend.

Clean Pro, 74,990 ₽ (down from 79,990 ₽). The flagship, and the only model in the range with a full self-cleaning station. The home page describes both it and the Vision 730 package with the same line, "мощный робот-пылесос c автоматической станцией для сбора мусора" (a powerful robot vacuum with an automatic debris-collection station); the difference is that the Clean Pro's station also washes and dries its mops.

One detail separates the lower models: the Smart 300, Sense 410 and Fusion 150 are described with a wet-cleaning function, while the Lens 610, Echo 520 and Vision 730 do combined dry and wet cleaning in the same pass. What the steps buy is clear: random navigation at the bottom, a gyroscope for more methodical cleaning, a camera or LiDAR for real mapping, an auto-empty station on the Vision 730 package, and on the Clean Pro a station that also washes and dries the mops.

The Clean Pro in detail

The Clean Pro product page is where Gutrend publishes a full spec sheet. The headline is "мощный робот-пылесос с автоматическим сбором мусора, мытьем и сушкой насадок" (a powerful robot vacuum with automatic debris collection, washing and drying of the mop attachments). The page says the robot "обладает функцией самоочистки и сбором пыли, а также промыванием и сушкой насадок для влажной уборки" (has self-cleaning and dust collection, as well as rinsing and drying of the wet-cleaning attachments), and that it will do all the cleaning and its own upkeep without bothering the owner, ending with "Подарите время себе и своим близким" (give time to yourself and your loved ones). Its cleaning type is listed as dry, or combined dry and wet in one pass, and a dedicated section is headed "Автоматическое всасывание мусора после каждой уборки" (automatic debris suction after every clean), which is the station pulling dust out of the robot each time it docks.

The core specs:

  • Suction in 3 levels: 2000-3500-5000 Pa, with a brushless BLDC motor.
  • Navigation by LiDAR and camera, with room mapping and support for several maps.
  • A 5200 mAh Li-Ion battery, up to 200 minutes of cleaning and up to 200 square meters per charge.
  • Noise of 69-73-80 dB across the suction levels.
  • 7 cleaning modes, 3 water levels and 3 stages of air filtration.
  • A 0,5 l dust container on the robot and a 0,2 l water container.
  • A spec-sheet obstacle-clearing height, carpet suction boost, and resume after an interrupted clean.

The extra details are useful too. The robot has a turbo brush and a roller brush, and a body in plastic and aluminum. Cleaning zones can be limited with magnetic tape or in the app. Scheduling works by hour and by day, the wet mode imitates a hand mop, and the dust container is emptied automatically after every clean. It is compatible with Yandex Alice for voice control.

The app, manuals and service

Gutrend has its own app. The Clean Pro page says owners can "программируйте режимы уборки и наблюдайте за процессом уборки из любой точки мира" (program cleaning modes and watch the cleaning from anywhere in the world), and it links a separate instruction manual for the vacuum and another for the app. The site also has a support section, a reviews section with write-ups of the robots, and an accessories catalog for replacement parts, and each product page has tabs for the description, the full specifications, the package contents and the mobile app.

The warranty is spelled out on every page: "гарантия 1+3 года на полное и сервисное обслуживание" (a 1+3 year warranty for full and service maintenance), which matches the home page's 4-year warranty on all models: one year of full cover, then three more of service cover. Payment is by bank card or in cash on delivery, and delivery of robot vacuums is free across Russia. For help, the site lists a toll-free number, a Saint Petersburg phone line, the e-mail address info@gutrend.com, a callback request form and a contact form.

Caveats

The Clean Pro is the model Gutrend documents in depth; the other robots are shown with their navigation type, cleaning type and price, and several were out of stock on the Russian store, so availability is worth checking before planning around a specific model. The brand's site and app are in Russian, and its sales footprint is Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Who Gutrend suits

Gutrend suits a Russian-speaking household that wants a robot backed by a local service promise and a 1+3 year warranty, with free delivery and the option to pay cash on arrival. The Fusion 150 and the gyroscope models suit a small apartment and a tight budget. The Vision 730 is the value pick for anyone who wants laser mapping, and its package with the auto-empty station suits owners who hate emptying bins. The Clean Pro suits a busy home with hard floors and some rugs, where the washing and drying station, carpet boost and Yandex Alice control take the most work off the owner.
