What Tesvor is

Tesvor is a robot vacuum brand that sells direct to buyers in Europe and beyond through its own online store. Its About page describes Tesvor as "a smart and compliant brand" that is "one of the leading companies in the research and development of sweeping robots in the market", and says it has focused on "high-quality and more affordable sweeping robots". The product parameters list the origin of its robots as CN, and the M2 page says the brand keeps warehouses in Spain, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States and Australia.

The About page gives the company's own figures: an R&D team of "more than 150 engineers", of whom 90% hold master's degrees, and "more than 100 patents in the field of home robots". It names chip, micromotor and sensor suppliers including Epson, Sharp Technology, BYD, Han's Laser, Everlight and Qualcomm, says production complies with the ROHS directive, and reports a customer base in the United States, Germany, the Czech Republic and Russia. The store runs in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch.

The range

Tesvor's current robot range is small, and its two laser models carry most of the store.

The S8 Pro is the simpler of the two. It uses laser navigation with 360° scanning. The page lists 8000Pa suction, a 5100mAh battery and a two-in-one dust box and water tank, with a 300mL dust box and a 300mL water tank. An electric water pump gives 3-level water adjustment, and the page describes an "upgraded spiral suction system". The store listed it at €199,00 against €639,00.

The S8 MAX adds the feature that separates the two: automatic dust collection. Its base "integrates charging and dust collection", and after each clean the robot empties into a 2.5L dust bucket that the page says can "store dust for up to 1 month". The bag closes its inlet when you remove it, so dust does not spill. The S8 MAX was €299,00 against €669,00, so the step from S8 Pro to S8 MAX is essentially the self-emptying base.

Tesvor also has a page for the M2, an ultra-thin robot that the page says is "only 7.5cm high" and uses gyroscope navigation with a bow-shaped path. It vacuums, sweeps and mops, with water flow set in the app. Beyond floor robots, the store lists the JOYBEE robotic lawn mower with RTK and vision navigation for lawns up to half an acre, at €999,00.

What the product pages show

Both S8 models share the same core. Laser navigation maps the whole home before cleaning, stores multiple maps for different floors, and supports zoned cleaning, restricted areas, spot cleaning and breakpoint resume after recharging. A main brush combining rubber and bristles is meant to avoid hair tangling. Ultrasonic carpet recognition raises suction to maximum on carpet in vacuum mode and steers around carpet in mopping mode. Both robots work with Alexa and Google Home for voice commands, come with a remote control as well as the app, and are rated at under 64dB. The pages list a 2cm obstacle-crossing ability, a 9.8cm robot height and a HEPA filter in a triple filtration system.

The S8 MAX page carries some inconsistencies worth knowing. The headline and feature list give 8000Pa suction and a 5100mAh battery running 2.5 hours, while the parameter table on the same page lists 6000Pa, 5200mAh and a battery life of 180min, and Tesvor's separate S8 MAX landing page also says 6000Pa. The S8 Pro's parameter table gives 240 min of battery life against 2.5 hours in the description. The parameter table also lists a 350mL water tank for the S8 MAX and a cleaning area of 150-250m².

Tesvor names its own technologies with an N prefix. Nswitch is the swap between the dust box and the water tank: the robot sweeps and vacuums in dust box mode and sweeps and mops in water tank mode. Nwater sets how much water reaches the mop through the app, which the page recommends adjusting for floor material and weather. NSurface2.0 is the coverage logic that sends the robot back to charge and then out again to finish the job, and NSilence is the name for running at under 64dB. Schedules can be set for any hour of any day, with suction and water output chosen per run.

The S8 MAX parameter table fills in the rest: a brushless motor, 50W power, a 33033098mm body, remote firmware upgrades, hand-drawn virtual barriers in the app, primary plus high-efficiency filtration, and CB, CE and ROHS certification. The M2 shares the Nwater water control and automatic return to its charging base.

The S8 MAX box includes five dust bags, a dust bucket, a water tank, a HEPA filter, a filter sponge and side brushes, and the store has an Accessories section for replacements.

Warranty, returns and delivery

Tesvor's product pages promise "Fast delivery from local warehouse, 2-year warranty, 30-day return policy", and the S8 Pro page names the warehouse as European. The home page puts it as "Up to 2 years warranty" and says buyers can "return it within 30 days for an exchange." The footer links to a warranty page, a refund policy, a shipping policy and a manuals and apps page, and the contact address is service@tesvor.com. The About page adds that the brand supports dropshipping and affiliate marketing for partners.

Who Tesvor suits

Tesvor suits a buyer in Europe who wants a laser-mapping robot that vacuums and mops for a low price, and who is happy to buy direct from the brand's store. The S8 Pro is the cheaper way in; the S8 MAX is for someone who wants the robot to empty itself and only handle a bag once a month.

Homes with rugs benefit from the ultrasonic carpet detection, which keeps the mop off carpet, and multi-floor homes from stored maps. Pet owners get the tangle-resistant rubber and bristle brush.

The M2 suits very low furniture if its 7.5cm height matters more than laser mapping. Buyers who want hot-water mop washing or an all-in-one station should know that the current range stops at a self-emptying base, and that the S8 MAX suction and battery figures differ between its headline and its parameter table.
