What Trouver is
Trouver is a home appliance brand whose global store, Trouver Global at trouver-tech.com, puts robot vacuums first in its menu, followed by stick vacuums, wet and dry floor washers, kitchen appliances and pet care. The footer reads "© 2026, Trouver Tech", and the store's location selector points to CIS markets, with Belarus and Kazakhstan named and prices on the global store shown in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT). In Belarus, Trouver's official store at trouvertech.by is run by ООО "Дрими Тим Ритейл" in Minsk, which the site identifies as "Официальный магазин Trouver в Беларуси" (the official Trouver store in Belarus).
The most detailed robot page on the global store belongs to the M1, a small, low machine sold with the line "Compact. Capable. Clever."
The range
The global store's robot menu lists the M1, S10, E10, E20 Plus, E20 Pro Plus, E20 Pro (in black and white) and E30 Ultra. The Belarus store carries a longer catalog, including the E10, E20 Plus, E20s Pro Plus, E30 Aqua, E30 Ultra, E40 Ultra, P50 Ultra, P50 Pro Ultra, Z50 Ultra, S70 Roller, S70 Pro Roller, S70 Ultra Roller, Z60 Ultra Roller Complete, MOBIUS 60 and V50 Ultra Complete, all sold under the Trouver name. Its news section marked the E30 as the flagship robot vacuum when it went on sale in November 2024.
That naming shows the ladder. The M1 is the compact entry machine. The E series runs from the E10 through the E20 variants to the E30 Ultra and E40 Ultra. The P, S, Z and V models at the top of the Belarus catalog include roller-mop robots (the S70 and Z60 Roller models) and complete station versions. Only the M1 has a full product page on the global store, so it is the model to look at for real figures.
The M1 in detail
The M1 lists 4,500Pa suction from a brushless motor, which the page qualifies as "Based on our in-house lab data." It is 325x325x76mm, so it fits under furniture with just 7.6cm of clearance. Navigation is "Solid-Fixed Laser Navigation (SoF LiDAR)", which Trouver presents as its Next-Gen 3.0 mapping method, and the page says it builds a detailed map, moves around the home smoothly and avoids obstacles.
It vacuums and mops in one run, with a 220ml water tank and a 300ml dust box, and it recognizes carpet. The page lists 38 built-in sensors and a threshold-crossing height of 2cm. A 2,600mAh battery gives "up to 120 minutes" of runtime and covers 120m² per charge, again by in-house figures. Control runs through the MOVAhome app, where owners can split rooms, set no-go zones, schedule cleans and adjust water and suction. The brush is a V-shaped multi-surface design, and the specification table lists roller brush recognition alongside carpet recognition. The box holds the robot, charging station, power cord, cleaning tool and manual. There is no self-emptying dock with the M1; the robot charges on a plain station and its 300ml box is emptied by hand.
Beyond robots
Trouver's non-robot range explains much of the brand. The M10 Pro wet dry vacuum lies fully flat (180°) to reach under furniture, weighs about 0.9kg in the hand, lists 20,000Pa suction, a 40min runtime and an 800ml clean water tank, and washes its brush with 90°C water before drying it with 90°C hot air. Its tangle-free claim is backed on the page by a TÜV Product Service report number. The page gives unusually complete numbers: a 104,000RPM motor and a 450RPM brush, six 4,000mAh cells, 300W rated power, a 4.5kg total weight, about 20N of downward pressure and a Liquid Locking System that stops used water flowing back when the machine lies flat. It offers two self-cleaning modes, a Smart mode with 3min washing and 20-40 min of AI-driven drying, and a Deep mode with 6min of washing and spinning plus 5 min of 90°C drying, and it reports status through an LED display and voice prompts. The K10, K10 Pro, K30, K30 Mix and X4 Pro are further wet dry models, and the J10, J20, J30 and J40 are cordless stick vacuums.
The G1 Pro is a pet grooming kit with a vacuum: seven tools including clippers, a nail grinder and a grooming brush, a peak suction of 11kPa, and a startup noise of about 36dB in its "Level Care" mode, which the page says helps pets get used to grooming; held in that mode it runs at about 55 dB. A 2.5m cable and 1.5m hose give it a 4m reach, and the dust cup holds 1.0L. Kitchen products include the AeroChef FD10 Pro air fryer (6L, 1800W, 11 preset modes) and the FD20 Pro (9L FlexZone basket that splits into two 4.5L zones, 2,700W). The Belarus store adds hair dryers, electric toothbrushes and pet water fountains.
Parts, support and buying
The Belarus store sells consumables by model code, including 4L and 3.2L dust collection bags, filters, main brushes, an anti-tangle main brush, mop pads, and accessory kits for the E20 Pro, the E20 Plus and E20 Pro Plus, and the E30 Ultra. It also publishes a map of authorized service centers, a free support hotline staffed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, and a delivery and payment FAQ. Its news feed tracks launches in the region, such as the J40 stick vacuum in June 2025 and the S3 Detect Aqua in December 2024.
The global store lists trouversupport@trouver-tech.com for support and links to a Warranty Policy and a Contact Us page.
Who Trouver suits
Trouver suits a buyer in Belarus, Kazakhstan or another CIS market who wants a compact robot and prefers to buy from an official regional store with local service centers. The M1 is aimed at small flats: at 7.6cm tall and 32.5cm across it reaches under low sofas and coffee tables, and its 120m² coverage suits a smaller home.
Buyers who want a stronger dock can look to the E30 Ultra or the roller-mop models in the regional catalog. A household that also wants a floor washer, a stick vacuum or a pet grooming tool can buy all of them from the same brand and the same regional store.
It suits less well a buyer outside the regions the store serves, or someone who wants a detailed specification page for every robot, since the global store carries full specifications for the M1 only.
