AIRROBO

AIRROBO describes itself as a smart home appliance brand "with a focus on AI-enabled technologies", and its own news page says it is supported by the humanoid robotics company UBTECH Robotics. It sells robot vacuums, robotic pool cleaners, pet grooming vacuums and a handful of home care gadgets, both through its own web store and on Amazon. The homepage makes three claims for itself: a "Big corporate with an integrated supply chain", a team with "10-year experience in R&D and production in the field of AI and humanoid robots", and "Trusted by 200, 000+ Users". It also says it has been "Ranked top 3 on Amazon". The store has country versions for the United States, Germany (Deutschland), France and Japan, and the US store advertises free shipping from a US warehouse.

The robot vacuum range

AIRROBO's current robot vacuum menu holds eight machines, and the brand labels each with its suction figure and two headline features, which makes the ladder easy to read.

The entry pair is the T20+ and L40+, both listed with 2600Pa suction, water flow control and no-go zones. The T20+ is the better documented of the two. A launch post on the brand's news page says it runs USLAM Air 5.0, which AIRROBO calls a self-developed LiDAR navigation algorithm, and that it maps "with centimeter-level accuracy". The same post says the T20+ swapped to a floating rubber brush, can clean a room of around 180㎡, and "can go up to 60 days without manually cleaning the machine". At launch the post gave the Amazon price as $499.99; prices on the store change often and sales run most of the year.

Beside those sit the G-series combos. The G50 is listed with 2800Pa, adjustable suction and quiet operation. The G60 steps up to 3000Pa and adds mopping and voice control, and the homepage sums it up as "Sweeping & Mopping & Vacuuming". The G60 shares its brushes and HEPA filter with the older P30, which the same launch post introduced as the P20 with an added mopping function and a 2-in-1 water tank for dust and water.

The middle of the range is where suction rises sharply. The L50+ is listed at 5500Pa with LiDAR navigation and an anti-tangle brush, and the homepage pitches it for "Pet Furniture Deep Cleaning" with a choice of a nylon-rubber brush or an all-rubber brush. The L60+ carries 6000Pa, laser navigation and carpet detection. The Q20+ goes to 8000Pa with laser navigation and an anti-tangle brush, and the homepage headline for it promises "75Days-Hands-Free" emptying with "LDS Laser Navigation".

At the top is the M2, listed at 10000Pa with auto mop washing and LiDAR navigation. It is the only machine in the lineup listed with auto mop washing, and it has its own consumables: a disposable dust bag, a mop cloth and the M2 Cleaner, a floor solution AIRROBO describes as a "Plant-Based Formula" that is "Low Foaming" and "Streak-Free". The support section pairs it with a model called X1 under one manual.

So the steps buy two things in order: stronger suction with anti-tangle brushes, carpet detection and laser mapping (L50+, L60+, Q20+), and finally mop washing on the M2.

Parts, refurbished units and support

AIRROBO sells consumables by model family, grouped by the base station each family uses. The T10+, T20+, L40+ and Q20+ share a 6-pack of disposable dust bags listed at 3.3L capacity, while the T25+/L50+ and T30+/L60+ families each have their own 6-pack at 3.5L. One washable HEPA filter pack fits the T20+, L40+, L50+ and L60+. Rolling main brushes with an anti-tangle design, 3-piece side brush sets, microfiber mop cloths and batteries are sold for the T20+/L40+ and T25+/L50+ lines, and the P20 has a replacement dust box listed at 600ml. That breadth of parts is a point in the brand's favor for anyone who plans to keep a robot going for years.

There is also an official refurbished section. It currently lists the L60+, L40+ and P30 among robot vacuums, alongside refurbished pool cleaners and the PG100 grooming kit, which the store describes as "Official Refurbished · Function Tested · Complete Accessories".

The help center is organized by model, with user manuals and app connection guides. Several manuals exist in more than one language, including Japanese manuals for the Fixr T20+ and the E10/Q20 and a Korean manual for the E10/Q20. The T10+ support page carries a long troubleshooting FAQ that shows how the app behaves: scheduled cleaning, a breakpoint resume function that continues a job after recharging, virtual walls, a Do Not Disturb mode that blocks both schedules and resume, and voice prompts from the robot itself. The FAQ also notes the robot connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.

The store footer lists a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and "1 Year of Warranty", plus a service and warranty contact page, order tracking, an affiliate program and a wholesale page.

Beyond robot vacuums

AIRROBO's catalog is wider than its robot vacuums, and the pool range now gets as much space on the homepage. The CP40 and CP20 are cordless wall-climbing pool robots with smart navigation, the CP400 and CP400Lite use what AIRROBO calls NaviClean Navigation, the CP02 has dual brushes and auto parking, the SP200 is a solar-charged surface skimmer with app control, and the PC10 offers 3 modes with a 5200 mAh battery. The homepage describes the PC200 as having 4 motors and 4 brushes.

The pet care line centers on grooming kits with a vacuum attached: the PG100 and PG100 Plus are listed at 12000Pa, the PG50 Plus at 11000Pa with a 2.5L dust cup, and the PG80+ with grooming tools and a 2.5L dust cup. Home and personal care covers a steam spot cleaner, a mattress vacuum listed at 16000Pa with hot air drying and UV-C, and an oral irrigator with a 265ml reservoir and 4 pressure modes. The BC200 electric spin scrubber rounds it out.

Downsides

The naming takes work. Accessories are sold under paired names such as T25+/L50+, T30+/L60+ and E10/Q20, so a buyer has to match the model on the robot's label to the right bag and brush pack. The Q20+ also carries two suction figures on the site: 8000Pa in the product menu and 5,000Pa in the title of its launch post, so check the listing for the unit you are actually buying.

Mop washing exists only on the M2. The other mopping models use a microfiber cloth that AIRROBO sells as a replacement part, so the rinsing is yours.

The US store lists one year of warranty. The site publishes no battery replacement interval, although it does sell batteries for the main families.

Who it suits

AIRROBO fits a buyer who wants LiDAR mapping and a self-emptying base without paying for a flagship, and who likes the idea of buying parts straight from the maker. The L50+ and Q20+, with their anti-tangle brushes and the brand's pet-hair pitch, make sense for homes with dogs or cats, and the same household may already be eyeing the PG grooming kits. The T20+ and L40+ suit a small apartment with mostly hard floors.

The M2 is for someone who wants mop washing but would rather stay with a brand whose dust bags, filters and mop cloths are sold in its own store.

It suits less well a buyer who wants long warranty cover or a single model with a clear name across markets. Anyone who needs a robot that mops thoroughly on its own every day will find only one machine here that does it.
