Lefant is the robot vacuum brand of Clean Robot Hong Kong Technology Co., Limited, which its About page describes as "a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and marketing". The company says it focuses on "the R&D of sweeping robots and related intelligent applications" and draws on "the industrial advantages of Shenzhen", with a "global layout covering both online and offline channels". Its stated mission is "Smart technology makes family life better", and its product philosophy is to make robots "as reliable and essential as washing machines in every household". The brand runs two storefronts: lefant.com, operated by LeFun Robotics GmbH with an address in Laatzen, Germany, and a US store that ships "Directly from the US Local Warehouse". Lefant has shown its robots at CES and at IFA Berlin, according to its own news posts.

The range

Lefant leads with small robots, and its menu is organized by body size: a 280mm family, a 320mm family and a mop vacuum series. The full list runs to more than a dozen models, from the M 1, M 2 and M 2 Pro through the M 210 Pro+, M 310, M 310 Ultra, M 320 and M 330Pro to the M 350, M 3 and M 5, plus the LS 100 and LS 200 floor washers and a V 1 stick.

At the small end, the M 210 Pro OMNI is billed as an "Ultra-compact Roller Wet Cleaning Robot" with a 280mm body, and the US store lists the S-M210PRO OMNI at $399.99, down from $439.99. The M 330Pro pairs an "Ultra-compact body with laser navigation", the M 310 Ultra is "Smaller and thinner with laser navigation", and the M 350 has an "Ultra-Slim Body" for sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. The cheapest robot on the US store is the S-M2 PLUS, at $179.99 against $249.99, and the M 2 Pro on the main site comes with a "Mini Dust Collector Base Station".

The middle of the range is the M 3 family. The Lefant M3 is listed at $432.08 with "12000Pa Suction for Deep Cleaning", "90 Days Hands-Free Self-Emptying", an "All-in-One Dock with Hot Mop & Dry", LiDAR mapping, dual-band Wi-Fi and "220 Mins Long Battery Life". Lefant describes it on the main site as "Dual-Spin Pressurized Mopping" with a "Compact All-in-One Base". The S-M3 series, at $369.99 against $399.99, splits into two versions. The S-M3 Max offers "20,000Pa Cyclonic Suction" with a "45°C Hot Water Wash + Cool Air Dry", and the S-M3 Ultra steps up to "23,000Pa Extreme Suction" with a "75°C Hot Water Wash". Both run 210-220 minutes and clean "up to 220㎡ on a single charge", spin their mops at 200 RPM, lift them 9mm on carpet, and support up to 3 separate floor maps. The base holds a 3.2L bag, "up to 8 weeks maintenance-free".

At the top is the M5 series, which the main site sums up as "Freshwater Mopping, Fully Automatic Base Station". The M5 Pro was listed at $599.99 against $1,099.99. Lefant's description of its dock is the most complete in the range: it "auto-empties dust into a 120-day capacity bag, washes the mop with 167°F hot water during cleaning, air-dries it to prevent odors, and auto-refills water for uninterrupted mopping up to 3444 sq ft". The drying time is set in the app. The M5 Pro adds "18000Pa Powerful Suction", a V-shaped brush with a double comb that Lefant claims gives "0% hair entanglement", and "PSD 2.0" obstacle sensors with 190° wide-angle detection. Its body is 12.6 inches across.

So the ladder buys three things in turn: a small dust collector base (M 2 Pro), a dock that washes and dries the mops with hot water (M3, S-M3), and finally a base that also refills clean water on its own (M5 Pro).

App, navigation and support

All current robots run on the Lefant app, found by searching "Lefant" in the app store or by scanning a QR code printed on the robot. The M5 Pro page lists scheduling, room targeting, no-clean zones and automatic suction and mop adjustment per room, plus Alexa and Google Assistant voice control. The M3, S-M3 and M5 Pro pages list dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi, while the general support FAQ still warns that "Lefant robots only supports 2.4GHz wireless networks", so check the page for your model. The M5 Pro plans routes in the dark and switches maps between floors automatically.

Smaller robots rely on what Lefant calls FreeMove technology, which the support page says will "prevent probability of getting stuck in advance" under sofas, beds and cables. Lefant's own buyer's guide explains that FreeMove combines a six-axis gyroscope, a grating signal sensor and power sensing in the left and right wheels to track collisions, thresholds and obstacles as the robot moves. The same FAQ gives useful figures for the basic robots: about 120 minutes of cleaning in Standard Mode on hard floors, 5-6 hours to charge, and a lowest clearance of 3.14 in / 80 mm.

The main store promises free shipping, a "Hassle-Free Warranty" and "Lifetime Customer Support", with the team "available 24/7". Warranty, return and refund, and shipping policies are published as separate pages, and Lefant sells consumables directly: a side brush and HEPA replacement kit for the M210 PRO at $24.99, a 3-pack of dust bags for the M2 PRO and M2S PLUS at $19.56, and 180-day accessory bundles for the M3 family.

Downsides

The model names drift between Lefant's two stores (M 3 on one, M3, S-M3 and "M3 Max" on the other), which makes it harder to compare listings. The dock descriptions also use different time frames for the same job, from "8 weeks" on the S-M3 to 120 days on the M5 Pro bag. Sale prices are deep and frequent, so the list price is a poor guide.

Who it suits

Lefant suits a buyer who wants a small robot that fits under low furniture, and the 280mm models are built for exactly that. The S-M3 Max and Ultra fit a household that wants hot-water mop washing and strong suction at a moderate sale price, and pet owners get the anti-tangle brush. The M5 Pro is for someone who wants a dock that refills itself. It suits less well a buyer who wants one clear model name across stores.
