Honiture is a vacuum cleaner brand that sells cordless stick vacuums, robot vacuums and a wet dry floor washer through its own official store. The homepage says its products are "backed by 7 years of cleaning industry experience", and the brand was running a "7th Anniversary Mega Sale" when these prices were listed. Robot vacuums are one of three product families, next to the cordless sticks that lead the homepage and the FlashDry M7 wet dry vacuum. The store ships across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region, with currencies from Swiss francs and euros to Australian and New Zealand dollars and Japanese yen, and the site runs in English, German, French, Bulgarian and Dutch. The store banner and footer repeat three promises: free shipping, a 60-day price match and a 2-year warranty.
The robot vacuum range
The robot collection holds five machines, and Honiture's own FAQ explains how to choose between them, model by model, with the suction and navigation each step adds.
The entry point is the G20 and G20 Pro, which the FAQ calls "The entry-level best-selling model" with "4000Pa–4500Pa suction power + app smart control", aimed at "small to medium-sized homes and budget-conscious buyers". The G20 Pro is the one with the 4500PA figure and "App & Vioce Control" in the store menu (the typo is Honiture's). Neither is sold on laser navigation. Prices on the Swiss store were CHF 195.00 for the G20 and CHF 204.00 for the G20 Pro, both shown as sale prices against a higher list price.
The V8 Pro is what Honiture calls "The cost-effective laser model", with 5000Pa suction and laser navigation, "balancing performance and budget". It was listed at CHF 263.00.
The T10 sits at the top of the robot vacuum ladder by suction. The FAQ calls it "The top-of-the-line all-rounder" with "6000Pa top-of-the-line suction power + laser navigation", and recommends it for "large homes, deep cleaning, and homes with many carpets". The homepage adds that it vacuums and mops and is "Ultra-Slim 3.3"". It was listed at CHF 243.00 against CHF 418.00.
The Q20 Ultra is the priciest robot on the list. The store menu gives it LiDAR navigation and a 1.5L dust bin, and it carried the highest robot price at CHF 292.00, against CHF 447.00. A new-launch robot on the homepage, under the line "Clean More. Maintain Less.", promises "Up to 45 Days of Hands-Free Cleaning with Smart LDS Laser Navigation".
So the steps are clear. The G20 models buy app control at the lowest price. The V8 Pro adds laser mapping. The T10 adds the strongest suction and a mop, and the Q20 Ultra adds a 1.5L dust bin.
What the brand says about features and upkeep
The collection page describes the whole robot series as combining "intelligent navigation with powerful suction", with "smart sensors, multiple cleaning modes, and anti-tangle brushes", scheduled cleaning and automatic recharging. The store's filters list app control, LiDAR navigation, multi-floor mapping, no-go zones and voice control as features across the range. For multi-story homes and large apartments, Honiture recommends the T10 or V8 Pro because they "support multi-floor mapping and rapid map creation". For pet owners it points to the T10, citing the anti-tangling roller brush and HEPA filter. On the laser models, the FAQ explains, the robot scans the room with LiDAR, builds a floor plan and then cleans in a "bow" path for complete coverage, rather than bouncing around at random.
The FAQ says the robots are "equipped with enhanced navigation and obstacle recognition" and can identify "wires, slippers, toys, and even pet feces". It gives an obstacle tolerance of 2 cm, enough for most thresholds and rug edges. Maintenance advice is specific: empty the bin after each run, clean the filter weekly and replace it every 6-12 months, check the brushes for tangled hair, and wipe the sensors with a dry cloth.
The robots run on the Honysmart app, which Honiture lists as compatible with the T10, V8 Pro, G20 and G20 Pro, plus older Q5, Q5 Pro, Q6 and Q6 Pro robots and the brand's air purifiers. The app needs iOS 10.0 or Android 8.0 and above. That list of older models is a good sign for owners of earlier Honiture robots.
Warranty, price match and support
Honiture puts its terms up front. The robot collection says "Honiture vacuum cleaners come with 2-year warranty", and the footer adds a "Comprehensive 2-year warranty on all Honiture items". Returns run for 30 days. The price match is the brand's signature promise: if the same model is cheaper on another platform "within 60 days of your purchase on honiture.com", Honiture refunds the difference. Free shipping is standard, with delivery quoted at 2-3 business days.
Support includes a warranty activation page, order tracking, a model comparison tool and a download center with user manuals for every current robot and several older ones, including the Q6 Pro and Q6 SE. Parts are sold by model, with accessory pages for the T10, V8 Pro, G20 Pro, G20 and Q6 SE. Customer service answers by email Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM. There is also a rewards program and an affiliate program.
Cordless sticks and the M7
Cordless sticks lead Honiture's homepage. The P7 Pro is listed at 50kPa, 80 minutes and 600W, the X7 at 45kPa, 60 minutes and 550W, and the Y10 at 38kPa and 45 minutes. The X7 Pet targets pet hair. The FlashDry M7 is a 3-in-1 wet dry floor washer that vacuums, mops and cleans itself, rated for 50 minutes. Bundles pair a robot with a stick: the P7 Pro and T10 bundle was listed at CHF 388.00 against CHF 767.00, and the X7 and G20 Pro bundle at CHF 349.00 against CHF 709.00.
Downsides
The robot range is short and sits in the value tier: only three models list laser navigation, and none is described with a mop-washing dock. The store's constant "Save" badges make list prices hard to read. The Y10 is listed at 500W in the menu and 400W on the homepage.
Who it suits
Honiture suits a buyer who wants a laser-mapping robot at a modest price and values a clear 2-year warranty and a price match. The V8 Pro fits a mid-sized home, the T10 a larger one with carpets or pets, and the G20 models a small flat on a budget. It suits less well anyone who wants a dock that washes mops.
