What Proscenic is

Proscenic is a home cleaning brand that sells robot vacuums, cordless stick vacuums, wet-dry floor washers and a pair of air fryers from its own online store. Its site title sums up the pitch: "Vacuums, Robot Vacuums & Floor Washers in One Place." The homepage makes three claims about the company, all in its own words: "Trusted by 5 Million+ Families Worldwide", "10+ Years of Smart Cleaning Innovation" and "200+ Award-Winning Product Models". The store prices in euros, publishes delivery times for Germany, France and other European countries, and runs in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish and Greek.

Robot vacuums are one of four machine collections rather than the whole business, which matters for how you read the brand. Proscenic is a value household-appliance brand with a long list of robots behind it, not a robot specialist, and its robot line is built around a small current range backed by parts and manuals for a much longer list of older machines.

The robot vacuum range

Two robots lead the current range on the homepage.

The Q20 Plus Robot Vacuum is sold under the line "Hands-Free Cleaning, Month After Month." The brand's own FAQ recommends it for "users who want a hands-free robot vacuum experience", and its banner line makes the same promise over months of use.

The Q10 Robot Vacuum carries the line "Stronger Suction, Sharper Laser, Smarter Clean." That is a laser-navigation robot, and the pitch rests on those three things: suction, mapping and cleaning logic.

Behind those two sits a long back catalog that Proscenic still supports. The user manual page lists downloadable manuals for the Q20 Plus, Q10, Q8 Max, Q8 and X1, plus an "Old Version" and a "New Version" of the 850T manual. The robot accessories collection goes further back again, with dedicated parts pages for the Q20 Plus, Q10, Q8 Max/Q8 Max+, Q8, 850T, M8/M8 Pro, M9/M9 Pro, V10 and X1/X1S. For a buyer, that list is one of the more reassuring things on the site: filters and brushes are still sold for robots several generations old.

The site also has a dedicated "Robot Vacuums Comparison" page among its support tools, alongside comparison pages for the cordless, wet-dry and air fryer ranges, so shoppers can line up the current models against each other before choosing.

The rest of the cleaning range

Proscenic's cordless sticks are where the store publishes its prices. The P20 OnePass, labeled "Ultimate Pet Hair Solution", was €145,99 against a regular €189,99, with the banner "Bends to Reach. Powerful Enough to Deep Clean." The P15, badged "Best Value for Money", was €119,99 against €159,99 and promises "Up to 70 Minutes. No Pauses, Just Power." The entry P11 Ultra, "Essential Cleaning Starter", was €85,99 against €119,99. Older sticks (P16, P13, P11 Mopping, P11 Lite) still have manuals online. Prices move with the brand's sales, and an "Autumn Sale" banner was running across the store.

For hard floors there is the F10 Ultra Wet-Dry Vacuum, sold as "60-Minute Power. 3-in-1 Clean." The FAQ describes it as "a convenient vacuum-and-wash solution for hard floors, combining vacuuming, mopping, and washing in one machine." The F10 Pro and F20 A sit in the same family. The T21 and T22 air fryers complete the product list.

The practical upshot is that a household can buy its robot, its stick for stairs, and its floor washer from one brand, with one warranty policy and one support desk.

Warranty, trial and payment

The homepage and FAQ spell the terms out plainly. "All Proscenic machine include a 2-year warranty", in the FAQ's words, and the "Why Choose Us" panel repeats "2-Year Warranty Extended protection for peace of mind." Accessories and consumable parts are treated differently: they get "a 30-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery", and if a manufacturing defect shows up in that window the brand says it will "provide a replacement or other appropriate solution." Full terms sit on a Return & Warranty page.

The store also advertises a "30-Day Risk-Free Trial" ("Try it at home, worry-free"), free shipping, and installment payments. The FAQ says "Klarna is available in most regions, and Afterpay may be offered in selected markets", and lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay among accepted methods. There is a student discount, an affiliate program and a "For Business" page as well.

Shipping and support

Shipping times are published in the FAQ. Orders are "usually processed within 1–3 business days"; delivery then takes 1–3 business days to Germany and France and 3–7 business days to other European countries. The FAQ adds that "Some accessories may ship from China and take 7–20 days", worth knowing if you are ordering a replacement brush in a hurry.

Support runs by email at support@proscenic.com, with published hours of "Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:30 (GMT+8)", and the manual page promises "We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours." The support menu covers order tracking, product registration, unboxing and assembly videos, and the PDF manual library. Each manual download covers five languages in one document, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish, and most include safety instructions, assembly, use, maintenance, troubleshooting and a specifications section. The manual page also asks owners to report any mismatch between a manual and a product page so the brand can "update the information as needed."

The company is visible in the trade too: its blog announced "Meet Proscenic at IFA 2026", the consumer electronics trade fair.

What to weigh up

The homepage gives no suction, battery or dock figures for the Q20 Plus or Q10; the manuals each carry a specifications section. Support hours are set to GMT+8, which means European buyers writing in the afternoon should expect an answer the next working day. Neither point is a serious drawback given the promised reply "within 24 to 48 business hours" and the depth of the manual library.

Who it suits

Proscenic suits a European buyer who wants a sensibly priced robot from a brand with a long parts tail, a 2-year warranty on the machine and a clear shipping promise. It suits households that want to furnish more than one cleaning job from one brand: a robot for daily upkeep, a P-series stick for stairs, and an F10 Ultra for sticky kitchen floors. Owners of older Proscenic robots, from the 850T to the M9 Pro, will find their filters and brushes still on sale.

It suits less well a buyer outside Europe, since the store is euro-priced and the published delivery times cover Germany, France and other European countries. Buyers who want a large premium lineup with several dock tiers will find the current robot range compact. For value-minded European households, Proscenic is a straightforward and well-supported choice.
