Bagotte is a home appliance brand whose own About page says it is "dedicated to developing, manufacturing, and marketing premium smart home appliances", with robot vacuums, juicers, window cleaning robots and kitchen appliances as its core offerings. The same page claims "8 years of manufacturing experience" and says the company also takes on ODM and OEM projects for other businesses. The footer of the current site names Shenzhen Shellbot Tech Co.,Ltd., and an older UK product page carries the name Shenzhen WoMei Tech Co.,Ltd. The site has country versions for the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany (Deutschland), France and Vietnam. Robot vacuums are the center of the catalog, sold beside handheld and upright stick vacuums, floor scrubbers, juicers and air fryers.

The robot vacuum range

Bagotte's robots fall into two generations, and the site shows both.

The older generation is the BG line, still listed with prices on the UK store. These are slim robots built around a low price and a low profile, and the BG800 Max page names gyroscope and optical flow navigation rather than laser mapping. The BG600 is the starting point, listed at 1500Pa and 2.7 inches tall, and pitched as "Good for Pet Hair". The BG600 Max raises that to "Upgraded 2000Pa Strong Suction" and adds "Auto Boost on Carpet", so the robot turns up its suction when it rolls onto a rug. The BG550 Pro keeps 2000Pa but adds a 2-in-1 mopping function with a 2600 mAh battery, and at £149.99 it was the cheapest robot with a price on the UK list.

The BG750, at £219.99, is sold as a "4-in-1 Sweep Mop Robot Vacuum Cleaner". The BG800 Max, at £239.99, has the fullest product page on the site. It has 3000Pa suction, a water tank and two mop cloths in the box, and a height of only 2.75". The BG950 Max, at £249.99, is where the old line gets a base station: its UK listing describes a "Self-Empty Dock" with "Hands-Free Cleaning for up to 1 Month", "3500Pa Max Suction" and "200mins Max Run-Time".

The newer generation sits on the current global site. It names the S2, BL20, BL20 Pro, A6 Pro, S6 Pro, M2, A21, H21 and E2. The homepage leads with the BL20 Pro and the line "Powerful suction leaves pet hair nowhere to hide". Its best-seller block describes a 4-in-1 sweep, roll, vacuum and mop robot with "5000Pa Strong Suction for In-Depth Cleaning", "Higher Precision Logical Navigation Technology", 150-minute lithium batteries and an "Advanced Carpet Detection & Dirt Detection Sensor", with a water tank and two mop cloths included. The A6 Pro and S6 Pro are both sold as robots "with Self-Empty Dock". The A6 Pro block lists "5000Pa Max Suction", "200mins Max Run-Time", "Hands-Free Cleaning for up to 1 Month" and Wi-Fi and Alexa support.

Put together, the steps buy three things: more suction (from 1500Pa to 5000Pa), mopping (from the BG550 Pro onward), and finally a self-emptying dock (BG950 Max, A6 Pro, S6 Pro) that takes a month of dust off your hands.

What the BG800 Max page shows about the brand

The BG800 Max product page is the most detailed on the site, and it shows how Bagotte builds its budget robots. The brand says the robot uses "advanced gyroscope and optical flow navigation technology", which is a step below the laser mapping found on pricier machines but keeps the body thin enough to reach under beds and sofas. It has a 0.5L dustbin and a 3200mAh lithium battery rated for 150 minutes, and the page makes the unusual claim that the cells are "the same type of BYD electric vehicles long lasting lithium batteries". Charging takes 300-360 minutes, and the spec table gives the body as 32.5 by 32.5 by 7.3 centimeters with a "noise reduction depth" of 50dB.

Control runs through the Bagotte app, which handles schedules and remote starts, and the robot is "compatible with Alexa & Google Assistant". The page adds a note that it "Only supports 2.4GHz network". Instead of app-drawn no-go zones, the BG800 Max uses 2 magnetic boundary strips of 6.6ft/2m each, laid on the floor where the robot should not go. Infrared obstacle sensors and drop sensors handle stairs and furniture, and it returns to its dock to recharge on its own.

The box list is generous for the price: the robot, charging base, dust bin, water tank, 2 mopping cloths, an extra high-performance filter and foam filter, 4 side brushes, 2 boundary strips and a cleaning tool. Mopping works by swapping the dust box for the water tank, so the BG800 Max vacuums or mops on a given run, not both at once. The FAQ also says it has a carpet boost function.

Support, warranty and parts

Bagotte's homepage pitches buying direct with two promises: "Responses Within 24 Hours" and "Life-Time Tech Support", described as "Free of charge, free of worries." After-sales mail goes to a support address on the Bagotte domain. The site has a product registration page for current models (including the BL20 Pro, M2, H21, A21 and E2) that asks for the serial number from the label under the robot, a separate form to process a warranty claim, a warranty policy page, a shipping policy, a downloads section for manuals and an affiliate program. The registration page is careful to say that registering is "not the same as claiming a warranty", and that a claim needs valid purchase information. Accessories have their own section of the store, sorted by type.

Downsides

The catalog is split across two generations and two sets of pages, and model names do not line up between them: the UK store lists the BG series with prices, while the global site lists newer robots without prices. A buyer has to work out which models are sold in which country.

The BG800 Max navigates by gyroscope and optical flow rather than by laser, and its no-go zones are physical magnetic strips. That is fine for one open room but less precise in a multi-room home. The product pages state no warranty length, though the site links a warranty policy.

Who it suits

Bagotte suits a buyer on a tight budget who wants a slim robot that fits under low furniture. The BG600 and BG600 Max are for small hard-floor rooms, the BG550 Pro and BG800 Max add mopping for tile and wood, and pet owners get carpet boost and a pet-hair pitch across the line. The BG950 Max and the newer A6 Pro and S6 Pro make sense for someone who wants a self-emptying dock without flagship pricing.

It suits less well a large house with many rooms, where room-by-room maps from a laser robot save time, or a buyer who wants one clear current model list for their country.
