Kyvol is a home appliance brand whose official store calls itself the home of the "Intelligent Robot Vacuum Cleaner". Its robots are sold under the Cybovac name, and the shop lists them next to a cordless stick vacuum, humidifiers, air fryers and air purifiers. The store prices in US dollars and runs on Shopify, with a support menu that covers FAQs, a blog, a user forum, a contact form, a warranty policy, shipping and payment, and manuals and tutorials. The robot collection carries a long essay on why Cybovac robots are worth buying, and it is the clearest guide to how Kyvol sees its own range: thin, simple machines that clean on a schedule with little fuss, sold at entry-level prices.
The Cybovac range
The robot vacuum collection lists 10 products. Some are older models still shown with a price and some are clearly placeholders, so the useful part is the named models and what Kyvol says about each.
The Cybovac E20 is the starting point, listed at $199.99 USD and sold as Kyvol's entry-level robot. The E30, at $279.99 USD, adds what Kyvol calls the "Gyroptic™ Navigation System", and was marked sold out. The E31, at $299.99 USD, is sold as a "2-in-1 Sweeping and Mopping Robot". The three share one 600ml dust bin, which Kyvol sells as a spare.
Above them, the Cybovac D6 at $349.99 USD is pitched as a cleaning and mopping helper, and the collection page confirms that the E31 and D6 are the models that combine vacuuming with mopping. The step up in navigation comes with the Cybovac S31, listed at $519.00 USD and described as "The Smart Laser Robot Vacuum With Self-Emptying Dustbin". It is the only Cybovac on the list with both laser mapping and a base that empties the robot.
The list also shows the Cybovac D3, D9, D10 and L30, the last two named as robot vacuum and mop models. Their listings carry no usable price: the D3 is shown at $5,999.99 USD with the tagline "Perfect entry level vacuum cleaner", a figure that cannot be a real price, and the D9 at $0.00 USD.
So the Cybovac ladder runs from the E20 for basic vacuuming, through the E31 and D6 for vacuuming and mopping, to the S31 for laser mapping and self-emptying.
What Kyvol says the robots do
The collection page describes the Cybovac features in one long list: "Gyroscopic navigation, intelligent map building, super strong suction power, different cleaning modes, anti-collision, anti-drop, integrated 2-in-1 vacuum&mop, smart voice control, app control". The robots have "compact bodies with cool colors and clean lines", and Kyvol stresses that their "thin bodies" reach under furniture. Suction runs at multiple levels, adjustable between hardwood and carpet. On battery life Kyvol gives no runtime in minutes, only the promise that "A single automatic recharge provides a super long battery life, enough to clean an average-sized house at different suction levels."
Every Cybovac has three basic cleaning modes: auto for the whole space, spot for one area and edge for walls and skirting. When the battery runs low the robot returns to its charging base, and "Some models even can remember the position before returning", so after charging they go back to where they stopped and finish the job. Kyvol also says the robots "can easily climb up objects of certain heights" and use "advanced sensing technology" to avoid collisions and falls.
Control is flexible. The collection page says Cybovac robots "can all be controlled via the buttons on the bodies, the remote control, Kyvol app, and Alexa & Google Assistant voice assistants", with the caveat that "some models do not come with remote control". The remote handles start, pause, mode changes, steering and recharge. The Kyvol app goes further: it shows remaining power, cleaning time and cleaned area, sets the water output in mopping mode, switches modes, sends the robot home and sets schedules. Kyvol says "More advanced features are in development with the launches of new models".
Parts and accessories
Kyvol sells accessory kits for its robots. The dust bin kit fits the E20, E30 and E31, holds 600ml and was listed at $9.90 USD. The water tank kit fits the E31 and holds 300ml, and the listing is careful to say that the tank comes "with no mopping pad" in the box. A magnetic strip kit is sold too. There is also an "Additional Accessories Kit". Most of these kits were marked sold out.
What Kyvol claims for itself
The collection page is frank about its own marketing. Kyvol says it receives comments such as "it's a versatile and cheap robot vacuum that meets all my needs", and it claims "The majority of people who keep pets say that Cybovac is an amazing robot vacuum for pet hair". It also says families with carpets praise the robot for picking up crumbs. These are the brand's own summaries of feedback, not reviews on the page.
Beyond robot vacuums
Kyvol's other lines are small but real. The Flutevac V20 is a stick vacuum listed at $199.00 USD with "25000Pa Ultra Strong Suction". The Epichef AF600W air fryer was listed at $149.99 USD with 12 preset cooking programs and a see-through window. The Kyvol AF200A/B air fryer is listed but sold out. Humidifiers and air purifiers have their own menu entries.
Downsides
Kyvol publishes no suction figure in pascals for any Cybovac robot, only for the V20 stick. Many robots and kits were sold out, and several listings carry placeholder prices, so the store is a patchy guide to what is actually on sale. The filter on the robot collection counted 2 products in stock and 8 out of stock. Only the S31 is sold on laser navigation; the feature list for the rest names gyroscopic navigation, which maps a room less precisely than a laser.
Who it suits
Kyvol suits a first-time buyer on a tight budget who wants a thin robot with app, remote and voice control. The E20 is the cheapest way in, the E31 adds a mop for hard floors, and the S31 is the one to choose for laser mapping and a self-emptying base. It suits less well a buyer who needs spec sheets or a store where every model is in stock.
