JONR is a floor-cleaning brand that sells robot vacuums, wet dry vacuums and a cordless stick through its own store, with country sites for the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and South Korea. Its homepage talks up "user-centric design" and shows JONR exhibiting at IFA in 2025 and 2026. The wet dry vacuums collect most of the awards on the homepage: the H2 Pro won Gold at the 2026 MUSE Design Awards and Platinum at the French Design Award for what JONR calls its "Odor-Free" structure, and the homepage quotes an IFA 2025 write-up describing JONR as "A rising star in the robot vacuum industry" whose products are "best-selling and well-ranked" in South Korea, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. The four robot vacuums apply the same wash-and-dry thinking to automatic floor care.
The robot vacuum range
Every JONR robot is a vacuum and mop combo with a dock that cleans the mops. What changes as you go up is suction, whether the dock also empties the dust bin, and how the robot reaches edges.
The T5 Lite, at $799.00, is the entry machine. It is listed with "8,000 Pa Powerful Suction", dual spinning mops, "Auto Mop Self-Cleaning And Air Drying", "LDS Laser Navigation With 200 m² Map Memory", a 4L water tank and a "≤60 dB Quiet Mode". The product page adds 20mm climbing for door sills and rugs, four cleaning modes and app control through the Mi Home app, with no-go zones and schedules. The spec table lists a 2600mah battery and a 325325100mm robot, with the base station at 345435545mm.
The T5 Pro Gen 2, at $999.00, adds a self-emptying base. JONR lists "15,000 Pa Powerful Suction", "10s Auto-Emptying With 2.5 L Dust Bag", mop washing with hot-air drying and an "Optional Silver-Ion Sterilization Module". Its main new trick is an extendable mop: the "Flexi-Arm" pushes the pad out to wall edges, and the brand claims it "ensures 99% coverage". The dual mops spin at 180 RPM with 5N of downward pressure, and they lift 20mm on carpet so rugs stay dry. It also gets a spiral anti-tangle brush and LiDAR navigation.
The X1 Max, listed at $899.00 against $1,058.99, is sold as a self-emptying, mop-washing robot with LiDAR navigation. The collection page lists "20,000 Pa Ultra-Strong Suction", "AI-Powered Stain Dectection" (the misspelling is JONR's), "0 Blind Spots With Dual Robotic Arms", an "Active Cutting Roller" against hair tangles, "75℃ Hot Water Wash + 45℃ Hot-Air Drying" and a "2.5 L Dust Bag For 60+ Days of Hands-Free Emptying". It matches the flagship X9 Pro's listed suction at a lower price.
The X9 Pro, at $1,499.00, is the flagship and the most different machine. Instead of spinning pads it uses a 260mm roller mop that the dock washes with a 16-nozzle fresh water spray and a squeegee, so the roller is scraped clean as it turns. A five-blade agitator in the dirty water tank breaks down debris, "Dual FlexArms" extend for edges and corners, and the roller lifts 10mm when the robot detects carpet. JONR lists "20,000Pa Hurricane Suction", a "Triple Anti-Tangle" system with a dual comb, and a "Quad-Sensor Fusion Perception System" that combines a front laser, LDS LiDAR and infrared sensors for "200+ object recognition". It climbs 20mm steps, works with voice assistants, and has a pet mode that JONR says steers around tails and cleans up around food bowls. The battery is listed as 5200mah, the robot at 350350110mm, and the weight at 12kg.
In short: the T5 Lite buys mop washing and laser mapping at the lowest price, the T5 Pro Gen 2 adds self-emptying and an extending mop, the X1 Max adds far more suction and hot-water washing, and the X9 Pro swaps pads for a self-scrubbing roller.
App, safety marks and support
JONR's robots are controlled through an app available on the App Store and Google Play. The X9 Pro page describes room labeling, furniture tagging, zone cleaning and custom cleaning modes, and the T5 Lite page names the Mi Home app for remote control, no-go zones and schedules. The homepage says the range meets "CE & RoHS safety standards", and the X9 Pro page adds TÜV, CE and FCC certification.
The homepage's "Why Choose JONR" section lists free shipping on all orders, a "2-Year Warranty", described as "Official comprehensive protection", and "30 Days Returns" with a money-back promise. Product pages repeat free delivery, the 30-day return and "24/7 Support". Support runs by email, with separate addresses for support, sales and marketing, plus an FAQ, order tracking, and refund and shipping policies. A 15% code was running on the X9 Pro page when these prices were listed.
Wet dry vacuums and the VC08 Pro
JONR's wet dry range is wide: the H2 Pro, H2, ED 12 Pro Max, ED 12 Pro, ED 20 Pro, ED 12, ED 12 Lite and S20 Pro. The ED12 Pro Max, at $399.99, lists 15,000 Pa of suction and a "75°C Hot-Water Wash & 70°C Hot-Air Dry", and JONR's homepage calls it a "Best Seller in UAE Amazon Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner". The H2 Pro, at $439.99, lists 20000 Pa, and the H2 was listed at $249.99 against $299.00 with a 45-minute runtime. The VC08 Pro stick, at $399.99, has 13,000 Pa of suction and a dock that auto-collects dust for 20 seconds into a bag rated for 70 days.
Downsides
The X9 Pro was marked sold out on the collection page, and the T5 Lite and T5 Pro Gen 2 product pages showed them unavailable when these prices were listed, so availability may be the first hurdle. The X9 Pro product page mixes German feature names (such as "Anti-Haarverhedderung 3.0" for its anti-tangle system) into the English store. And the T5 Lite page names the Mi Home app while the store footer links its own app download, so check which app your model uses.
Who it suits
JONR suits a buyer who wants a mop-washing dock and cares most about the mopping. The T5 Lite is a sensible first docked robot for a hard-floor apartment. The T5 Pro Gen 2 and X1 Max fit homes with rugs and pets that want self-emptying too, with the X1 Max the stronger pick at its listed price. The X9 Pro is for someone who wants a roller mop that is scrubbed clean as it works. It suits less well a buyer who needs a robot delivered this week.
