lubluelu is a home cleaning appliance brand that sells cordless stick vacuums, robot vacuums, wet dry floor washers, carpet and spot cleaners, window cleaning robots, garment steamers and mattress vacuums from one store. Its homepage tagline is "Smart Cleaning Solutions for Every Home", and its About teaser says the brand "was founded to make daily cleaning effortless". The store is built for Europe first: it runs in a dozen languages from German, French and Spanish to Greek, Romanian and Hungarian, prices in euros and a string of local currencies, and has regional shops for Europe, the United Kingdom and Ireland, Australia and the United States. After-sales service runs through DSP Support GmbH at an address in Bernau, Germany, which the contact page says "is for after-sales service only". The brand lists a 2024 French Design Award among its recognitions, next to a press line saying "Lubluelu has already produced some excellent models at budget-friendly prices."

The robot vacuum range

lubluelu's manual library lists 13 robot vacuums across seven series, and the naming follows a clear pattern: the base model is a robot on its own, and a Plus or Max version adds an automatic suction station that empties the robot.

The SL60 and SL68 series sit at the entry level. The SL68 is sold as a "4500Pa Robotic Vacuum Cleaner with Fancy Design", and the SL68 Plus adds a "2.5L Automatic Suction Station". The SL60D is listed with 4000Pa and LIDAR navigation, and the SL60 Plus and SL60 Max+ pair it with a 2.5L station.

The B40 steps up to 5800Pa, and the B40 Plus adds the 2.5L station. The L20 Max and L20 Ultra are both listed at 5500Pa "with Precision LiDAR Navigation". The L15 Ultra is listed at "6,000Pa", and the L15 Max combines it with a larger "3L Automatic Suction Station".

The L50 Max is the anti-tangle model, listed as a "7500Pa Robot Vacuum with Dual Anti-Tangle System". It was on sale for $198.99, down from $320.99, which made it the cheapest robot with a price on the homepage.

At the top is the S1000, described as a "10,000Pa All-in-One Robotic Vacuum" and listed at $330.99 against $459.99. It is the only robot with its own accessory family on the store, separate from the shared kits for the other series.

So the range works on two axes. Suction climbs from 4000Pa on the SL60D to 10,000Pa on the S1000, and at almost every level you can choose between a plain robot and a Plus or Max version that empties itself into a 2.5L or 3L bag. lubluelu also sells the Self-Empty Station on its own in the robot menu.

Parts, app and manuals

Accessories are sold by family, which tells you which robots share parts. One set of kits covers the SL60, SL68 and L20 series, another covers the L50, L40, L15 and B40 series, and the S1000 has its own. The store has an APP Download page for its app-connected robots, and a page for reporting a security vulnerability, which matters for any robot that maps a home over Wi-Fi. The SL60 Plus manual entry shows how the naming works in practice: it is listed as the "SL60 Plus - SL60D Robot Vacuum with 2.5L Automatic Suction Station", so the Plus is the SL60D robot sold with its station.

The user manual page is thorough. It lists every current model with a free PDF download and no account required, in languages that include English, German, French, Italian, Polish and Spanish depending on the model, and tells owners to find the model number on the rating label on the device or dock. If a model is missing, support will send the manual directly. The page was last updated on August 18, 2026.

Warranty and support

lubluelu puts its terms on the homepage: a "24 Month Official Warranty", a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", free shipping on all orders, and an optional "Worry-Free Delivery" cover for lost, delayed or damaged parcels bought at checkout. Separate pages cover the warranty policy, returns and refunds, shipping, and withdrawal from a contract. Customer service answers by phone on a German number, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, and by email, with separate addresses for press, affiliates and wholesale partners. There is also a points program called lulu Points and a referral program.

Beyond robots

The rest of the catalog is broad. Cordless sticks include the X1000, sold "with 2.5L Self-Emptying Dust Station" at $113.99, the G20 "Self-Standing Cordless Vacuum Cleaner" with 150AW of suction, the foldable G30 and the 206 with a "Foldable Flexible Tube" and 35KPa of suction. The T9 is a wet dry floor washer sold on "Powerful Suction & Tri-Edge Cleaning" with a "180° Lay-Flat Reach". The V9 is a portable upholstery and spot cleaner with "Cold, Hot & Steam Modes", and the X3 is a carpet cleaner with a 1000W motor. The CHYW200 and CHYW201 are window cleaning robots, the CHYW201 listed at $127.99 and the CHYW200 at $152.99.

The smaller lines round out a household kit. The A6 is a portable spot cleaner pitched at pet stains, wine and coffee, at $79.99, and the V11 adds 4 cleaning modes and a wheeled base at $105.99. Floor washers include the BVC-T8A 3-in-1 at $170.99 and the T6 at $134.99. The CM208 "Anti-Mite UV" and the cordless CM210 are mattress vacuums, on sale at $58.99 and $59.99, and a 9-in-1 steam cleaner, a steam mop and a garment steamer complete the list.

Downsides

The homepage slider mixes categories, so a V9 spot cleaner and a "10,000Pa All-in-One Robotic Vacuum" appear side by side, and it takes a click to see which figure belongs to which product. Suction is the main figure lubluelu gives for each robot in its listings, with runtime and noise left to the manuals. Support hours follow Central European Time, which suits European buyers better than US ones.

Who it suits

lubluelu suits a European buyer on a budget who wants a LiDAR robot and the option of a self-emptying station without paying for a mop-washing dock. The L50 Max fits a home with pets or long hair, the L15 Max a buyer who wants the largest listed dust bag, and the S1000 anyone who wants the most suction the brand offers. It suits less well a buyer who wants hot-water mop washing or detailed spec sheets for every robot.
