Neatsvor is a robot vacuum brand that sells direct from its own store, priced in euros. Its About page calls it "one of the most advanced robot technology company" and says it "focuses solely on building high quality, more affordable products". The same page claims an R&D team of "more than 180 engineers" and "more than 100 patents in the field of home robots", counting practical, design and software patents, and says the company integrates "the entire industry chain" with components "sourced from globally renowned brands". The spec sheets list the origin of the robots as CN. Neatsvor ships from warehouses in Spain, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States, Australia and Brazil, which the brand pitches as "the fastest and most convenient local shipping service". Beyond robots it sells cordless wet and dry floor washers. The About page says Neatsvor is "committed to building a leading robot brand in the global market", and its chief scientist and technical officer is quoted there saying the company's biggest driving force is "the curiosity for new technology".
The robot vacuum range
The About page sorts the lineup into three roles: the X500 as the "Most affordable entry model", the X600 PRO as the "Most powerful model", and the S600 "With auto dust collection bin". The homepage and product pages fill in the steps between.
The X500 and X520 are the gyroscope robots. The X520, listed at 179,00€, is described as "an upgraded version of the X500 with enhanced suction power and battery capacity". Neatsvor lists "6 000Pa(lab data) hurricane suction" from a brushless motor, a 5200mAh battery, a 350mL electronically controlled water tank with 3 water levels, and a 0.6L dust box. The robot is 7.5cm tall, which the page calls "basically the limit design height of the robot vacuum cleaner", and climbs obstacles of 1.5cm. The spec sheet gives a battery life of 150 minutes, a cleaning area of 150-250㎡ and a 55dB rating. It vacuums, sweeps and mops, comes with a remote control, and has edge, spot, path and schedule modes. Its "virtual map" draws a fresh map on each run and keeps it in the cleaning history, but the spec sheet is honest that it does not save maps, set virtual no-go zones in the app, or resume after recharging.
The X600Pro, listed at 249,00€ in black and also sold in white, is the laser model. It uses "Intelligent navigation LDS4.0" with a SLAM algorithm to scan the home in 360º and plan an orderly route, and Neatsvor claims the laser system is "more efficient, smarter, more intuitive and more predictive than gyroscopes and vision products". A Nidec brushless motor gives it 6000Pa, and "NSilence technology" keeps noise "below 64dB". It adds everything the X520 lacks: saved maps, room selection, hand-drawn restricted areas in the app, and breakpoint resume, so it returns to where it stopped after recharging. It climbs 2cm obstacles and stands 9.8 cm tall. The X600 White was listed at 249,00€ against 388,00€.
The S600 is the self-emptying model, listed at 279,00€ against 663,00€, and the brand sells 5-packs of S600 dust bags at 19,98€. The homepage also lists the x950 at 259,00€ against 563,00€ and the x950 Pro at 299,00€ against 763,00€.
In short, the X520 buys strong listed suction and a very low body at the lowest price, the X600Pro adds laser mapping and app zones, and the S600 adds a base that empties the robot.
Shared features
Neatsvor builds its robots around a few named systems. "Nswitch" lets the robot swap the dust box for the water tank at the rear: dust box mode for vacuuming, water tank mode for mopping. "Nwater" sets the mop's water flow from the app for different floors and even different weather. Both the X520 and X600Pro use a "2-in-1 design brush" that combines bristles with a rubber blade, which Neatsvor says gives the cleaning power of a brush while "the rubber brush is not easy to wrap around the hair". A "triple filtration system" with a HEPA filter handles fine dust.
The app handles scheduling "24 hours a day, 7 days a week", suction and water levels, cleaning modes and the cleaning history. Both models work with Alexa and Google Home voice commands to start, stop and send the robot home. The X520 box includes a spare HEPA filter and 2 extra side brushes, and the X600Pro box includes 2 HEPA filters and 2 pairs of side brushes. Replacement kits are sold at 19,98€ to 29,98€.
The X520 spec sheet adds some brand-level details worth knowing. The robot carries CB, CE and RoHS certification, runs a "Planned Type" cleaning route rather than a random one, and lists "Remote Upgrade: Yes", so its firmware can be updated over Wi-Fi. Its power draw is 45W, against 50W for the X600Pro. On the X600Pro, NSurface2.0 technology sends the robot back to its charging base by the fastest route when the battery runs low, then back out to finish the job, and the map lets you send it to one spot, such as under a bed, for a deep clean.
Warranty and support
The homepage and product pages promise "1 years warranty service" and a 15-day return window, with fast delivery from a local warehouse. Support runs by email, with a FAQ, a video section and a warranty page. Neatsvor also sells the T40 cordless wet and dry vacuum at 349,00€ against 699,00€, and the T30 at 299,00€.
Downsides
The warranty claim is inconsistent. Most of the site says one year, but a section on the X520 page is headed "Fast delivery and 3 years warranty", so rely on the warranty page. The X520's noise also appears twice, as 55dB in the spec table and "less than 64dB" in the text. Several models were out of stock, and the big "was" prices make the sale figures hard to judge.
Who it suits
Neatsvor suits a European buyer on a budget who wants a low robot with strong listed suction. The X520 fits a single floor with low furniture and simple needs. The X600Pro is the better choice for a home with several rooms, where saved maps, no-go areas and breakpoint resume save time. The S600 is for someone who wants the robot emptied for them. It suits less well a buyer who wants a mop-washing dock.
