What Vactidy is
Vactidy is a budget home cleaning brand that sells robot vacuums, cordless and corded stick vacuums and a cordless wet-dry washer from its own online stores. Its motto is "Simple Done, Always", and its all-products page sums up the pitch in four words: "Smart Cleaning, Budget Prices." In several European markets the same products carry a second name, Vexilar. The brand explains it on every product page: "Vactidy and Vexilar are part of the same global entity, with Vexilar serving as our trade name in key European markets," and the About page adds that "the products remain identical." That is why the machines are listed as "Vactidy & Vexilar" models.
The About page tells a founder story. While shopping for a vacuum, the founder found "prestigious brands often priced over $500", with money going on "numerous impractical technological add-ons", and set out to build a brand with "No over-engineering, no blind feature-stacking." Vactidy says it began in the U.S. market, created Vexilar for European buyers, and has "gained the recognition and trust of hundreds of thousands of users worldwide."
The robot range
Vactidy keeps its robot line short: two current models, both in the Cleanova family.
The Cleanova W9 is the one the brand calls its "Best Value Robot Mop", and its product page is detailed. It lists "360° Laser Navigation", "8000 Pa Turbo Suction Power", "50 dB Quiet Cleaning", "App & Voice Control" and "150 minutes of runtime". The laser is LiDAR, which the page says scans "every corner", and an "artificial intelligence obstacle detection system" handles collision avoidance. The body is "Only 9.8 cm high" to get under sofas and beds. On carpets it "automatically starts the turbine and switches to 8000Pa+ suction mode", then drops back to an energy-saving mode on hard floors. It has three cleaning modes: vacuum and wipe together, vacuum only, and mop only, which uses "Automatic nozzle closure + three-level water flow adjustment." The spec block lists a weight of 4.2 KG and Black or Gold finishes, and the store sells it with an EU or UK plug.
On the euro store the W9 was €129,99 in a back-to-school sale ("Save €30 on your W9 today", from €159.99), rated 4.84 out of 5 from 38 reviews. The UK store had it at £129.99 against £159.99 with 90 reviews.
The Cleanova W15 is the step up, pitched on the homepage as "Easy As Ever. Stronger Than Ever." The UK store listed it at £189.99 against £239.99, with 30 reviews.
Vactidy's accessories section also carries parts for two earlier robots, the W6+ and W11, which is useful for anyone who bought into the brand before the Cleanova line.
The app and day-to-day use
The robots run on the Vactidy app. The W9 FAQ walks through setup in detail: the phone must be on a 2.4GHz home Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi password must be between 8 and 12 characters, and the phone connects briefly to a robot hotspot named "Vactidy-XXXX" to finish pairing. The FAQ also lists the button controls: hold power for 3 seconds to switch on or off, a short press to pause, and the recharge button to send it back to the dock.
Owners on the W9 page describe what the app does in practice. One Spanish reviewer writes that from the app "puedes elegir qué zonas quieres limpiar, programar horarios o ajustar la potencia de limpieza" (you can choose which areas to clean, set schedules, or adjust cleaning power), and praises the laser mapping for moving "de forma ordenada" (in an orderly way). Another says it also works with Alexa ("también vale para usar cn Alexa"). An Italian reviewer is more critical: the maintenance kit costs 30€, which the reviewer finds "un po troppo" (a bit much), and the robot cannot handle a long-pile rug ("tranne per il tappeto a pelo lungo che non riesce a fare"). Those are fair limits for a robot at this price.
The wider range
Vactidy's stick vacuums sell under the Blitz name. The Blitz C8 corded stick is rated 4.92 out of 5 from 118 reviews; it lists "60 kPa suction power", "600 W high power for pet hair", an "Extra-long 7-meter power cord" and a "V-shaped anti-tangle motorized brush", and was €69.99 against €99.99. The Blitz V10 Pro and Blitz V15 Max are the cordless sticks, and accessory pages cover earlier V8 Plus and V12 models. The Cleanova X7 Cordless Wet-Dry Vacuum Cleaner is the floor washer, sold under the line "Start Power Washing."
Buying, warranty and support
The euro store's service panel sets out the terms. Shipping is free "on all items" and "Delivered in 3-7 business days". Returns fall under a "30-day return policy for undamaged products". The homepage promises a "Comprehensive 2-year warranty on all items", and the W9 FAQ gives the precise wording: a "two-year limited warranty(accessories not included)." The FAQ also says "all taxes are included in the product price", and explains that an order can be canceled before it leaves the warehouse or refused on delivery.
Support runs through live chat and email at support@vactidy.com, plus a user manual library and FAQs. The euro store runs in English, Italian, German, French and Spanish, and the UK store ships in pounds to the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United States. New subscribers get a €5 voucher on the euro store or £5 in the UK.
Who it suits
Vactidy suits a buyer who wants LiDAR mapping, app control and a mop on a tight budget, and who values a two-year warranty and free delivery over a large dock. The W9 fits an apartment or a small house with hard floors and low furniture, where its 9.8 cm height and three cleaning modes are an advantage. Buyers who want more power can step to the W15, and anyone furnishing a whole home can add a Blitz stick for stairs and upholstery.
It suits less well a home with long-pile rugs, or a buyer who wants a self-emptying or mop-washing base, since the W9 returns to a plain charging dock. For budget-minded buyers in Europe and the UK, Vactidy is a sensible, well-reviewed choice.
