Who Cecotec is
Cecotec is a Spanish home appliance company, trading as Cecotec Innovaciones S.L. and giving Valencia as its contact address on the Spanish store. Robot vacuums are one line in a very wide catalog: the same stores sell stick vacuums, air fryers, coffee machines, hair stylers, fitness gear, mattresses, televisions and fridges. The robots all carry the Conga name. Cecotec Nordic's Danish site says the brand has spent two decades building its name across most of Europe, and its robot page puts the vacuum business at "almost 2 million Cecotec vacuum cleaners sold in Europe".
The brand runs official stores in several countries. Cecotec.es serves Spain, cecotec.pt serves Portugal and storececotec.de serves Germany, all three under Cecotec Innovaciones S.L. In Turkey the store at cecotectr.com is run by TECCOM Pazarlama, which describes itself as the official distributor, and in Denmark Cecotec Nordic sells from Odense and lists its retailers. Prices below come from those stores and change often.
The Conga range, from entry to flagship
The range is long, and the German and Portuguese stores list more than twenty robots at once. The useful way to read it is by navigation and by dock.
Entry level, gyro navigation. The Conga M10 Advance Aqua Pro is the cheapest robot on the Spanish store at 89,90 €. Its product page lists "Navegación giroscópica ordenada" (ordered gyroscopic navigation), 3000 Pa of suction and 150 minutes of runtime from a 2000 mAh battery, and says it can cover up to 150 m² on a charge, a figure it marks as a lab result. It is 80 mm tall and 300 mm across, has three drop sensors and two side brushes, mops with a flat pad and water tank, and is controlled from an app. The German store lists the same machine as the Conga M10 X-Treme at 89,90 € with 120 minutes of runtime.
Laser navigation, no dock. A small step up buys a laser. The German store lists the Conga M50 X-Treme with laser navigation and 5000 Pa at 119,00 €, and the Conga M70 with laser navigation, 20000 Pa and a silicone brush meant for homes with pets at 129,00 €. The Conga M90 Pearl adds AI to the laser, with 25000 Pa and up to 240 minutes in Eco mode, at 169,00 €. The Conga M100 X-Treme at 179,00 € brings rotating mop pads that lift.
Self-emptying base. The Y models add a base with a 3-liter dust bag. On the German store the Conga Y50 (laser, 5000 Pa) costs 149,00 €, the Conga Y70 (laser, 20000 Pa, silicone brush) 169,00 € and the Conga Y80 Pearl (25000 Pa, up to 240 minutes in Eco mode) 189,00 €.
Full stations. At the top the dock does far more than empty dust. The Conga X50 X-Treme, at 279,00 € in Germany, pairs a 15000 Pa motor with a 4-in-1 station that the listing calls a fully self-emptying dust, water and mop-cleaning station. The Conga X70 at 339,00 € keeps 15000 Pa and a 4-in-1 base and adds AI to its laser. The Conga X100 is the flagship on the German store at 499,00 € and on the Portuguese store at 449,00 €: 20.000 Pa, a 4-in-1 station "mit Desinfektionsfunktion" (with a disinfection function), an AI camera, liftable rotating mops, an extending mop and an app with video management. The German store's headline for it reads "Ultimative Reinigungskraft mit intelligenter Navigation und 20.000 Pa Saugpower" (ultimate cleaning power with intelligent navigation and 20,000 Pa suction). Beside it sits the Conga 20090 ProAI InfinitySoap Cut&Spa at 599,00 €, whose station empties itself, refills clean water, holds a soap dispenser, washes and dries the mops and cuts hair off the brush.
The Conga Z100 is described on the Turkish store as "20.000 Pa ultra emiş gücü" (20,000 Pa ultra suction), with an "All-in-Home istasyonu ile otomatik toz boşaltma & mop temizliği" (All-in-Home station with automatic dust emptying and mop cleaning) and "Yapay zekâ destekli LaserEye navigasyon" (AI-assisted LaserEye navigation). The Portuguese store calls the Z100 X-Treme a washing specialist with an XXL two-material mop, listed at 399,00 € and marked sold out.
So the steps buy three things in turn: a laser map instead of gyro lines, then a base that empties the bin, then a station that also handles water and mop pads, with camera AI on the X100.
Pet models and older lines
Cecotec also sells older numbered models. The Conga 9990 AI Spin Revolution Ultra Power Home, at 279,00 € in Germany, combines laser navigation, a self-emptying base, 10.000 Pa, up to 240 minutes of runtime, rotating mops and a silicone brush the store calls ideal for pet hair. On the Spanish store the Conga Animal X costs 559,00 € and uses reactive navigation it calls iTech 3.0, 1700 Pa, 120 minutes of runtime, two side brushes and five cleaning programs (auto, random, edges, spiral and manual). It has a remote control, a mop and a high-efficiency filter that the page says retains allergens and dust. Both it and the M10 use a suction mouth with no central brush, which Cecotec says avoids tangles.
App and smart home
The Nordic site explains the software split plainly: the range covers random, gyro and laser navigation, every Cecotec robot can wet-mop smooth floors, and the mid and top models get app control, voice control through Alexa and Google Assistant, room plans, multiple maps and up to 10 predefined cleaning programs. Several German listings note that the app pairs over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on 2.4 GHz networks, and the Portuguese Z100 X-Treme listing adds 5 GHz.
Warranty, returns and support
Warranty depends on the store. The Spanish product pages state "Garantía de 3 años para España" (3-year warranty for Spain), the Portuguese store states 3 years in Portugal, and the Turkish store promises "Tüm ürünlerde 2 yıl garanti" (2-year warranty on all products). The German store shows 2 years. Spanish orders can be canceled or returned within 14 days of delivery, and shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Canary Islands. Each store publishes its own contact line, and the Spanish, German and Portuguese stores share one WhatsApp number. Spare parts have their own section on the Spanish and German stores, and the Spanish product pages offer the user manual as a download.
Caveats
The catalog is hard to navigate. Near-identical names (X-Treme, Pearl, Dark, Spin AI) and the same model appearing in several store sections make it easy to buy the wrong one. Specs are also not always consistent: the M10's own page lists 3000 Pa and 150 minutes in its description but 2000 Pa and 120 minutes in its comparison table, so read the full listing before comparing.
Who it suits
Cecotec suits buyers in Spain, Portugal, Germany, Turkey and Denmark who want a docked, mopping robot without a four-figure price, and its M10 entry model at 89,90 € suits a small apartment. Pet owners get silicone brushes on several models and brushless suction mouths on others. Buyers who want one clear spec sheet per model, or who live outside the countries with a Cecotec store, will find it harder going.
