Who Milagrow is
Milagrow HumanTech is an Indian robotics brand run by Pyramis Lifestyle India Private Limited from Ghitorni, New Delhi. Its homepage headline calls it "India's First Robot Vacuum Cleaners Brand", its page title adds "Since 2011", and it promises to help buyers "Experience Hygiene With Power of AI". Those are the brand's own claims. The site footer runs from 2007, and it links to pages about the founder, media coverage and careers.
Floor robots lead the homepage, but Milagrow's catalog is much wider. The shop menu lists window robots, lawn robots, pool robots, duct robots, humanoid robots, educational robots, healthcare devices, portable vacuums, commercial robots and a Milagrow Education arm offering classes. Nearly everything it sells is a robot of some kind, rather than robots sitting beside kitchen appliances.
The floor robot range
Milagrow's homepage leads with its deals, and they map the range well. Each tile shows the suction figure, the sale price, a struck-through price, the original list price and an instant cashback amount. The discounts are steep and they change, so treat the list prices as a reference point and the sale prices as what you would actually pay.
Entry, Seagull (2025 Edition). 3000 Pa, ₹16,990 (from ₹17,990, list ₹34,990) with ₹1,000 instant cashback, and rated 4.7 from 6611 reviews. It is the cheapest floor robot on the page.
Mid-range, the BlackCat and iMap 10 and 16. The BlackCat 25 ULTRA has 12000 Pa at ₹23,490 (list ₹89,990). The iMap 10 2026 Edition, on a prebook offer, has 18000 Pa for the same ₹23,490 (list ₹79,990) and is the most-reviewed robot on the page, at 4.7 from 10344 reviews. The iMap 16 Pro offers 14000 Pa at ₹25,990 (list ₹89,990) with a ₹3,000 cashback.
The iMap G5 pair. Marked as new launches, the iMap G5 ECO has 14000 Pa at ₹32,290 (list ₹119,990), and the iMap G5 ULTRA has 22000 Pa at ₹39,490 (list ₹79,990).
The iMap Max W300 pair. At the top, the iMap Max W300 ECO has 24000 Pa at ₹56,990 (list ₹174,990), rated 4.8 from 412 reviews. The iMap Max W300 ULTRA has 35000 Pa at ₹124,990 (list ₹248,990), the highest suction figure the site gives.
The customer quotes on the homepage also show how long the iMap line has been running. Owners name earlier models such as the iMap 14, iMap 15 Pro, iMap 15 AI Ultra, iMap 23 Black Pro, iMap Max24 Pro, iMap 16 Galaxy and BlackCat 25 Pro. One iMap 16 Galaxy owner mentions a "Y shaped cleaning option", and an iMap 15 Pro owner reports that it "Takes around 20 minutes for cleaning a 2BHK Flat". Those are owner impressions, not brand specifications, but they show a range that has gone through many generations.
The ECO and ULTRA names split two families into a cheaper and a stronger version, which makes the upper range easy to read. The demo page adds a short comparison: it recommends the iMap Max W300 for "Large Homes" and families, and the iMap G5 for "Apartments & Medium Homes" and daily apartment cleaning. A customer quote on the homepage describes an iMap Max W300 with a self-cleaning mop system and separate clean and dirty water tanks, which shows where the top models sit, though the product specifications themselves are on each robot's own page.
Outside the floor robots, the same deals list shows the Milagrow Duster Pro, a handheld vacuum with 16000Pa at ₹3,699, and the Milagrow AguaBot 21.0 at ₹31,990. It also lists commercial machines, the Milagrow Spaze Robot (RCL1) and a Room Service Robot, priced in the millions of rupees for business buyers.
Technology Milagrow names
The demo page describes the range in general terms. It lists "Advanced LiDAR, RT²R, Line Laser, Gyro and ToF navigation technology" across the models, so the navigation depends on which robot you buy. It says selected models combine "2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping", that robots return to charge automatically, and that cleaning can be scheduled. Under "Made for Indian Homes", it says the robots are designed for "concrete, tiles, marble, granite, laminate, and wooden flooring". It gives the top suction figure as "up to 35,000 Pascal". The homepage also offers installation tutorials in video form. Its maintenance advice is plain: empty the dust bin, clean the brushes, inspect the filters and keep the sensors clean, following the intervals in each product manual. Its buying guide sorts the choice into home size, cleaning functions (vacuum only, or vacuum and mop) and automation such as scheduling and automatic charging, with a closing checklist that adds floor compatibility and navigation features.
Demos, warranty and support
Milagrow puts unusual effort into helping people choose and set up a robot. The site offers a free online demo, booked by time slot (morning, afternoon or evening), and the demo page lists Indian languages among its services. Customer quotes on the homepage mention virtual demonstrations, home demos and installation help, and a follow-up call from the company with setup videos.
The warranty messages differ between pages. The homepage banner says "2 Years Warranty | Accessories Savings ₹ 7699", while the demo page lists "Upto 1yrs* Warranty" with an asterisk. The site has a warranty policy and a product warranty registration page, so check the policy for the robot you buy. The homepage also promises a "Guaranteed Lowest Cost of Ownership" and accessories savings of up to Rs. 7699, and Milagrow sells robot accessories directly.
Milagrow sells from its own store and says its robots are "Available at Vijay Sales and Amazon". The site gives separate numbers for sales (9953476189), trade enquiries (8700496572) and service (9910019853), a New Delhi landline (011-49099819), and WhatsApp and email options, plus a complaint registration page.
Caveats
The homepage tiles show only suction and price, so battery life, dustbin and tank sizes, and noise have to be read model by model. The very large gap between list prices and sale prices makes it hard to judge value from the headline discount alone; compare the sale prices across models instead. The two warranty figures also need checking against the written policy.
Who it suits
Milagrow suits Indian buyers who want a wide choice of robots from one domestic brand. The Seagull, at 3000 Pa, suits a small apartment. At the other end, the brand pitches its iMap Max W300 ULTRA, at 35000 Pa, at large family homes. The free virtual demos, installation help and local service numbers suit first-time robot owners in particular. Buyers outside India, or those who want full specifications on a single comparison page, will need to dig through each product page.
