Tiron sells robot vacuums and floor cleaners in India from its own store, TironWorld, and its footer gives an address on GST Road in Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The home page describes the brand as offering "smart cleaning solutions designed to make everyday home cleaning easier", across robot vacuums, cordless vacuums, steam mops, vacuum and mop rollers and electric scrubbers. Robots are the headline product, and the store is built for Indian buyers: prices in rupees, product pages that talk about tiles, marble and granite, a toll-free line (1800 571 7373) and a "Get Free Pre Sale Home Demo" offer at the top of every page. The brand's own summary stresses technology at reasonable prices.
The range
The robotic vacuums collection lists 10 products: seven robots and three combo packs. They fall into three families by navigation and mop type.
Point laser: TRV 10P and TRV 10P MAX. The entry robots use point laser sensors. The TRV 10P is listed at Rs. 15,517 against a regular Rs. 25,850. The TRV 10P MAX, at Rs. 21,937 (regular Rs. 36,546), "features advanced point laser sensors that measure distances and detect obstacles", vacuums and mops at the same time, and needs little manual upkeep because "the dust collector can hold the dust up to 120 days". Its page stresses a slim body that reaches under beds, sofas and cabinets, automatic return to the dock, multiple cleaning modes and quiet operation.
LiDAR: TRV 20 and TRV 20 MAX. The step up to LiDAR mapping comes with the TRV 20 Lidar Robotic Vacuum Cleaner at Rs. 24,990 (regular Rs. 33,426) and the TRV 20 MAX at Rs. 31,990 (regular Rs. 44,122).
Spin mops: TRV 30S and TRV 30 MAX. The TRV 30S (Rs. 41,499, regular Rs. 54,117) is built around the "Super Spin Mop", with "360° LiDAR navigation, 6500 Pa suction with a powerful 10,000 Pa suction motor", line laser sensors for obstacle detection and a mechanical impact sensor. It has a 5200 mAh battery for up to 180 minutes, covers "2,500+ sq. ft in one go", carries a 210 ml dust tank and a 175 ml water tank, supports voice commands, and ships with a base station whose Auto Dust Collector "boosts suction power to 17,000 Pa" and holds a 3L bag that can store dust "for up to 90 days". The TRV 30 MAX (Rs. 72,999, regular Rs. 94,117) moves to dual spin mops with automatic mop washing and the same self-emptying base with a 3L bag. Its 5200 mAh battery runs up to 280 minutes and covers up to 2800 sq ft, with a 250 ml dust tank, a 300 ml water tank, edge cleaning and a remote control.
Roller mop: TRV 40 PRO. The flagship, at Rs. 99,999 (regular Rs. 129,411), swaps spin pads for a roller mop and adds the Tiron Smart Base Station, which "Automatically empties dust, washes the mop, and dries it". The page lists 12000 Pa suction, a 5200 mAh battery for up to 240 minutes and up to 2600 sq ft per cycle, a 1.5 L dust bag, and 2.5 L dual water tanks that keep clean and dirty water apart. The product summary says it "keeps fresh water in and dirty water out, while high-temp steam ensures no odor and no germs", and the base station section describes hot air drying for the mop.
The combo packs pair robots: the TRV30S + TLS Smart Cleaning Combo at Rs. 43,500, the TRV 30 MAX + TRV 10P at Rs. 79,999, and the TRV 40 PRO + TRV 10P at Rs. 105,999, the last two giving a second, cheaper robot for another floor or room.
What the steps buy
The ladder is easy to follow. The TRV 10P models clean systematically with point laser sensors and vacuum and mop together. The TRV 20 pair adds LiDAR maps. The TRV 30S brings spin mopping and a self-emptying base; the TRV 30 MAX adds dual spin mops, mop washing and the longest runtime in the range. The TRV 40 PRO is the one that does almost everything itself, from emptying the bin to washing and drying the roller mop.
App, maintenance and parts
The home page promises scheduling through the mobile app for "daily, weekly, or on-demand sessions", automatic return to the dock, quiet operation and a filtration system that captures dust, pet hair and pollen. Its FAQ adds that the Tiron app runs on iOS and Android with schedules, cleaning maps, no-go zones and cleaning history, that Tiron works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, that the robots have cliff sensors for stairs, and that basic cleaning works without Wi-Fi on most models while scheduling and remote control need it. On care, it recommends emptying the dustbin after each use, cleaning the brushes weekly and rinsing the filter monthly. An Accessories section sells "Genuine Parts for TIRON".
Buying, warranty and service
The FAQ states that "All Tiron robotic vacuum cleaners come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship" and that extended warranty plans are available at purchase. It puts operating noise at "approximately 55–60 dB". Product pages advertise free express delivery, secure payment, "Easy and quick returns!" and a virtual demo, and the footer links a warranty policy and shipping and returns terms. Tiron sells from tironworld.com and, per the FAQ, "through our authorised retail partners across India"; the menu also has Stores and Service pages and a franchise enquiry page. Support runs through the toll-free line and customercare@tironworld.com.
Figures in the FAQ are general rather than per model (it quotes 120 minutes of battery, while product pages go up to 280 minutes), so the product page is the place to check a specific robot.
Who it suits
Tiron suits Indian households that want a local brand with a demo before buying, a toll-free number and a 1-year warranty. A small flat on a budget is covered by the TRV 10P or TRV 10P MAX. A mid-sized home that wants a map and a self-emptying base gets the most from the TRV 30S. Large homes with a lot of hard floor, where mopping matters as much as vacuuming, are the target for the TRV 30 MAX and the TRV 40 PRO, and the combo packs make sense for two-floor homes. Buyers outside India will find the store built only for the Indian market.
