A Dutch direct-sale robot vacuum brand

TONIHOMI is a Dutch brand that sells its own robot vacuums and stick vacuums through its own web shop. The site's title calls it "specialist in robotstofzuigers en steelstofzuigers" (a specialist in robot vacuums and stick vacuums), and the footer gives its base as Nieuwe Niedorp in the Netherlands, with a Dutch chamber of commerce number, a WhatsApp line and an email address for contact. The shop is written in Dutch and aimed first at the Netherlands and Belgium, where its FAQ promises same-day dispatch on orders placed before 15:00. The brand leans on reputation. Its home page headline is "Meest betrouwbare merk van de Benelux," which the brand uses to call itself the most reliable brand in the Benelux, and it says 50,000 customers have bought before you, with 2,000+ positive reviews. At the time the shop was running a "Jubileumsale," billed as 5 Jaar Jubileum Deals to mark five years in business, with up to 50% off everything. Beside the home robots, TONIHOMI also sells a line of industrial cleaning robots, an unusual mix of budget home robots and commercial machines under one name.

The home robot vacuums

Every home robot TONIHOMI sells is listed as a "Robotstofzuiger met dweilfunctie," a robot vacuum with a mopping function, so mopping is standard across the range rather than a premium extra. The shop showed its prices in Swiss francs, and they give a clear sense of the ladder.

The TONIHOMI G20 is the entry model and the one the anniversary sale is built around. It was listed at CHF 183 against a normal CHF 385, a saving the shop puts at CHF 202.00.

The TONIHOMI Q8 is the mid-range model at CHF 472, down from CHF 1,254, and the M30 is also listed at CHF 472. The S8 appears at CHF 385.

At the top, the TONIHOMI S8pro at CHF 675 and the V8pro at CHF 868 were both marked "Uitverkocht" (sold out).

The shop sorts its robots into categories that hint at the features on offer: robots with an app, robots with a remote control, robots for thresholds, robots for pet households, and a category for robots with a self-emptying station, which the footer calls "de beste robotstofzuiger met leegstation." There are also spare mop pads, sold as a pair for the R8 model at CHF 20.

TONIHOMI's own case for a robot is practical rather than technical. The home page says it saves time in a busy life, can run while you shop or work as long as you clear obstacles first, keeps pet hair under control without daily vacuuming, and uses a flat design to reach dust under the sofa or bed where an ordinary vacuum cannot go. The FAQ adds that its robots can be controlled remotely, from work or on holiday.

Stick vacuums and combi deals

TONIHOMI's second product line is cordless stick vacuums. The V07 stick was listed at CHF 183, down from CHF 472, and the K21B at CHF 385. The brand pushes combinations hard during the anniversary sale. A V07 plus G20 bundle was CHF 289, an M30 plus V07 bundle CHF 376, Q8 plus V07 or Q8 plus G20 bundles CHF 574 each, and a pair of Q8 robots CHF 819. For a household that wants a robot for daily upkeep and a stick for stairs and quick spills, those bundles are the cheapest way into the range.

The industrial robots

The more surprising part of TONIHOMI's catalog is its "Industriële Robots" line for commercial floors. The shop lists the TONIHOMI Phantas at CHF 12,536, the Beetle Sweeper at CHF 14,465, the Omnie and the Scrubber 50 at CHF 27,974 each, and the Scrubber 75 at CHF 48,227, with a Vacuum 40 in the menu.

The pitch for these machines is written for facility managers. TONIHOMI describes fully unattended operation with docking stations and IoT integration to automate charging and maintenance, a mobile app for map editing, remote control, real-time monitoring and task planning, and a cloud platform with OTA updates, remote maintenance and an open API. Navigation is described as unlimited map building and dynamic localization, with AI-assisted 3D perception and flexible path planning for complex spaces.

Buying and support

The service terms are the brand's strongest selling point. TONIHOMI offers a 30 dagen proefperiode (a 30-day trial) with a full refund if you are not happy, a 2 jaar garantie (2-year warranty), free delivery above €100 and pay-later with Klarna. Its FAQ says orders in the Netherlands and Belgium placed before 15:00 ship the same day, with an average delivery time of 1-3 working days, and that customers get a track and trace code once the order ships. The same FAQ gives a separate 14-day window for returning an order unused and in its original packaging, so read the returns policy to see how that sits with the 30-day trial. For damaged or faulty deliveries, TONIHOMI asks for photos and the order number and promises to resolve it quickly. The footer links to user manuals, a returns policy, delivery information and the brand's app page, and the currency picker covers a long list of countries beyond the Benelux.

The FAQ also gives general care advice: in an average household, the dust bin usually needs emptying two to three times a week, less often on models with automatic emptying, and a robot can be run while you are at work or away, controlled from a phone.

Who it suits

TONIHOMI suits a buyer in the Netherlands or Belgium who wants a cheap robot vacuum that also mops, bought from a local shop with fast delivery, a 30-day trial and a 2-year warranty. The G20 is the low-risk starter, the Q8 and M30 step up, and the bundles make sense if you also need a stick vacuum. The industrial line gives facility buyers a second, much more expensive route into the same brand.

The home product listings are short on published specs, so buyers who want suction and runtime figures should check the individual product page or manual before ordering. For price-conscious households in the Benelux, the trial period takes most of the risk out of that.
